Aviation
inventors and innovators will get a chance to meet face-to-face on July 27 for
the 2nd annual AeroInnovate at EAA’s AirVenture.

As
detailed in Insight’s July cover story on EAA, AeroInnovate is a forum aimed at
connecting aerospace investors and entrepreneurs using EAA as a backdrop.

This
year’s AeroInnovate will feature a presentation by Bill Joos, a Silicon Valley
start-up guru, on the top 10 mistakes made in business plans and a panel discussion
on funding “your dream” featuring officials from Terrafugia, Orbitec and TCW
Technologies.

Joos
will speak from 10 to 11:30 a.m. and the panel discussion will run from 1 to
2:30 p.m. Both sessions will be in the in the leadership classroom at EAA’s
AirVenture Museum.

Another
feature of this year’s AeroInnovate is the pitch and mingle, which will allow investors
and entrepreneurs to connect from 6:30 to 10 p.m. in the Founders Wing of the
museum. Seating is limited for the Pitch & Mingle. If interested, please

There is no additional fee to attend
