Once you get shoveled out after the latest snowstorm, here are some business events you may be interested in this week:

Three business leaders from Alliance 360 will present strategies for business success from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Advance Business Center, 2701 Larson Road, Green Bay. Speaking at the event are Doug Person of Development Funding Services of De Pere on private/public financing; Tony Krance, who has worked in finance for more than 25 years on the next generation retirement plan; and Chris Forslund of Smet Construction on customer retention. The cost is $25 and lunch is included. All proceeds from the event will go to Green Bay Advance Business Center to promote continued economic development in Northeast Wisconsin. Louie Gentine, president, chief customer officer, and a third-generation family member of Sargento Foods Inc., is the featured speaker at Lakeshore Technical College’s Family Business — The Next Generation event from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday.In addition to Gentine, the event includes a family business panel featuring Carmen Fosick, vice president of Elmstar Electric Corp., Kaukauna; Joe Kobussen, president of Kobussen Buses Ltd., Kaukauna; and Steve Weinert, president of Crafts Inc., Manitowoc.   • The Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual business expo from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 2 at the Hotel Sierra and KI Convention Center in Green Bay. The event features not only exhibits, but also a series of seminars and workshops. Learn more by clicking here.
  • The 2011 Converters Expo will be held March 3 at Lambeau Field Atrium in Green Bay. The event is the largest industry trade show focused on manufacturers.
  • Leaderfest 2011 will be held April 20 at the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel in Appleton. This all-day event is geared towards professional development for young professionals throughout Wisconsin.
  • A workshop on building better workplace relationships will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 19 at the Aloft Hotel in Green Bay.
