Creating a healthy culture can do more than potentially lower health costs – it can also lead to a more productive workforce. With that in mind, the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a seminar called Health Revolution from 7:30 to 10 a.m. March 2 at the Hotel Sierra Breakout Center Auditorium.

The seminar brings together a slate of experts, who will share actionable health and workplace information, including:

* Dr. John Whitcomb, Aurora BayCare, who will talk about nutrition and supplements and what modern medicine has forgotten along the way;

*  Dr. James Rider, Bellin Health, who will talk about what a heart health “wake-up call” entails and what it really means to eat right, exercise and manage stress;

* Dr. Ashok Rai, Prevea Health, who will talk about how to create an incentive-based wellness program in your workplace that drives results;

* Paul Jadin, secretary for the Wisconsin Department of Commerce, who will provide an introductory perspective on national, statewide and Green Bay area health.

Health Revolution will include a healthful continental breakfast and a toolkit of information with action plans attendees can take back to your business. The cost to attend is $25.

The seminar is right before the start of the annual business expo, which starts at 10.

Seating is limited. To register for the seminar, please contact Marilyn Heim at (920) 593-3419.
