Louie Gentine, president, chief customer officer, and a third-generation family member of Sargento Foods Inc., is the featured speaker at Lakeshore Technical College’s Family Business — The Next Generation event on Feb. 24.

The Family Business — The Next Generation seminar provides an overview of relevant issues and an opportunity for networking with other family business members. The event is being held during National Entrepreneurship Week to provide participants with succession strategies that can be used in business now and in the future.

The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Lake Michigan Conference Room at Lakeshore Technical College’s Cleveland Campus. The event costs $30.

In addition to Gentine, the event includes a family business panel featuring Carmen Fosick, vice president of Elmstar Electric Corp., Kaukauna; Joe Kobussen, president of Kobussen Buses Ltd., Kaukauna; and Steve Weinert, president of Crafts Inc., Manitowoc.
