Wisconsin Entrepreneurs’ Conference adds speakers

The founder of Milwaukee’s first angel network, a New York Times bestseller list author and a successful entrepreneur nationally known for his visual storytelling will speak during the 2011 Wisconsin Entrepreneurs’ Conference in Milwaukee.

The event will be held June 7-8 at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee.

Jeff Rusinow, founder of Silicon Pastures; Joe Sweeney, author of “Networking is a Contact Sport;” and Mark Schmitz, principal and creative director of ZEBRADOG, will speak during the ninth annual Entrepreneurs’ Conference. Tim Kane, a senior scholar in research and policy at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, is the event’s keynote speaker and was previously announced.

The Wisconsin Entrepreneurs’ Conference is produced by the Tech Council, the independent, non-profit science and technology advisers to the Governor and the Legislature. It serves as a catalyst for the growth of Wisconsin’s tech-based and entrepreneurial economy.
