InDevelopment, an event designed for people in the New North who work in the commercial real estate industry, is less than a month away. The event will be held Feb. 3 at the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel in Appleton and features a keynote address by Tony Nelessen, an urban visionary; speed networking with area economic development officials; general networking sessions; and breakout sessions on a number of more specialized areas.   • Wednesday, Jan. 11: The Brown County Culinary Kitchen will be in the spotlight during the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce’s Business After Hours event from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at N.E.W.   • Wednesday, Jan. 11: Christina Trombley of the Small Business Development Center at UW-Green Bay is speaker for the Women in Management luncheon, which begins at 11:30 a.m. at Fox Banquets in Appleton.   • Jan. 18: Tryg Jacobson of Jake’s Café and a national branding expert is the speaker for the Sheboygan Chamber of Commerce’s Focal Point Seminar from 7:15 to 9 a.m. at the chamber offices.
