Outagamie County will host Wisconsin Farm Technology Days from Tuesday, July 17 to Thursday, July 19. The event will be held just outside of New London on County Highway D near County Highway WW, on the grounds of Sugar Creek Farm and Heideman Family farms. This is the state’s largest farm show, featuring more than 600 exhibitors and about 15,000 visitors per day. The event showcases the latest innovations in agribusiness. This is the first time since 1981 that the event will be held in Outagamie County. Visit


  • Wednesday, July 18: The Fox Valley Technical College Foundation, Inc. will hold a golf outing at the Foxfire Golf Club in Waupaca. On Wednesday, August 1 it will hold an outing at Royal St. Patrick’s Golf Course in Wrightstown. The fee is $100 and proceeds will fund scholarships.   • Wednesday, July 18: The Manitowoc Chamber Golf Classic, a fundraising event, will be held at the Wander Springs Golf Course in Greenleaf. The fee is $120 for a single standard package. The event begins at 11:45 a.m. with registration, followed by a brat/burger lunch at 11 a.m. and shotgun start at noon. Register at
  • Tuesday, July 17: The Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce will host an informal after-hours Business Connection event from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Appleton Yacht Club. The event is open to Pulse members, and prospective members can attend for $20. To register, visit
  • Wednesday, July 25: The UW-Oshkosh Business Success Center will hold the fourth annual AeroInnovate event during the EAA AirVenture week. The event will highlight new technologies, entrepreneurs, emerging companies and investment trends. The day starts at 9 a.m. with speaker Scott Case, CEO of Startup America Partnership, and includes Venture Forums, an Investors Only Roundtable, and an evening panel discussion. There also will be a Pitch & Mingle Event from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the EAA Aviators Club. AeroInnovate is free with AirVenture admission, though the Pitch & Mingle event and Investors Only Roundtable Dinner are $35 each or $50 for both. Reservations are required.
