Insight Publications LLC is hosting the fourth annual InDevelopment Conference Tuesday, Feb. 19 at the Oshkosh Convention Center. The event, held from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., features breakout sessions, exhibits, a speed networking session with NEWREP representatives and a bus tour of downtown Oshkosh. The day is designed for developers, retailers, brokers, lenders, economic development leaders, construction companies and property asset managers. InDevelopment’s keynote speaker is Mark Barbash, chief operating officer for Finance Fund. Dan Cohen of Mid-America Real Estate Group will deliver the conference’s closing address. The cost is $70. Tuesday, Feb. 12: The Manitowoc Chapter of Women in Management, Inc. will feature speaker Amy Ten Haken, Department of Workforce Development counselor, who will present the program, “The Untapped Labor Market.” The event will be held at the Holiday Inn, 4601 Calumet St., Manitowoc, starting at 11:30 a.m. Cost is $13 for members and a special reduced rate of $15 for guests and non-members. Wednesday, Feb. 13: The Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce will host a Business After Hours at the YWCA Green Bay-De Pere, 230 S. Madison St., Green Bay from 5 to 6:30 p.m. The event will feature fitness and community service programs offered by the YWCA. Free passes to the fitness center will be distributed. Friday, Feb. 15: “Profit, Promotion and Your Online Business” will be held from 9 to 11:45 a.m. at the High Point Inn in Ephraim. Monday, Feb. 18: Pulse, the young professional network of the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce, will host a program on difficult conversations concerning career management. The program, held at Time Warner Cable, 3520 E. Destination Drive in Appleton, starts at 5:15 p.m. At 6 p.m., April Anderson, human resources consultant at Wipfli LLC, will discuss how to approach touchy subjects such as asking for a raise or changing positions. Monday, Feb. 18: The Northeast Wisconsin Chambers Coalition is hosting a Legislative Dialogue Breakfast at 7:45 a.m. at the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel in Appleton. Speakers will be Sen.
