The third Manufacturing First Expo & Conference will be held at the KI Convention Center in Green Bay from 7:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31. The event will draw more than 600 attendees and will feature breakout sessions, speakers and lunch. Monday, Oct. 28: The Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce will host its 106th Annual Meeting & Recognition Program at the EAA Aviation Center. The event begins at 5 p.m. with a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception in the museum. The annual meeting program will follow at 6:30 p.m. in the Founders Wing with the awards presentations. Wednesday, Oct. 30: The Heart of the Valley Chamber is hosting “Health Care Reform: Navigating the Road to 2014” 8 to 10 a.m. at Fox Valley Technical College’s D.J. Monday, Nov. 4: The Chamber of Manitowoc County’s November Business Connects with Government Luncheon will feature a presentation from Randy Asman, from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The luncheon will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Lighthouse Inn on Lake Michigan, 1515 Memorial Dr., Two Rivers. The presentation will discuss proposed roundabout plans for Manitowoc County, as well as discuss other transportation projects that are happening regionally. Tuesday, Nov. 5: The annual Wisconsin Early Stage Symposium will be held Tuesday, Nov. 5 and Wednesday, Nov. 6 at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center in Madison. The event is hosted by the Wisconsin Technology Council.
