New North Inc. will host its 10th annual summit, “New North Live! Summit 2013” at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Green Bay Friday, Dec. 6. The summit features speakers, breakout sessions and an overview of economic development in the region and state. Networking begins at 7 a.m., followed by the program at 8 a.m. Jobs expert and author Edward E. Gordon will be the keynote speaker. The midday “Taste of the New North” luncheon presents an additional networking opportunity with 800-plus attendees. The 2014 Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Vitality Index Study, presented by the NEW Manufacturing Alliance, concludes the day. Tuesday, Nov. 19: The Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Wisconsin Fast Forward information session from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at Bergstrom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Oshkosh Training Center, 3650 Jackson St. in Oshkosh.
