The Rotary Club of Green Bay is accepting nominations until Friday, Jan. 31 for the Free Enterprise Award, which honors a business and community leader. Nominees must serve as a company or organization’s president, CEO, or owner and represent a for-profit business that has an office in Brown County. Visit www.greenbayrotary.com. The Free Enterprise Award Banquet will be held on Monday, May 19 at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center.

Wednesday, Dec. 11: The Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a holiday Business After Hours from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the National Railroad Museum. Tickets are required and can be picked up at the chamber office, 300 N. Broadway St., Green Bay.

Wednesday, Dec. 11: The Heart of the Valley Chamber of Commerce will host a member orientation and open house from 8 to 9 a.m. at the chamber offices, 101 E. Wisconsin Ave., Kaukauna. The event is free but registration is required. Visit heartofthevalleychamber.com.

Tuesday, Dec. 17: The Chamber of Manitowoc County Wellness Council will host an Awareness Lunch on keeping your workplace drug free. The discussion by Annie Short of the Northeast Wisconsin Area Health Education Center is from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Holiday Inn, 4601 Calumet Ave., Manitowoc. Thursday, Dec. 19: The Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce’s December Business & Breakfast will present the program, “App Happy! Mobile Applications for Your Busy Lifestyle,” from 7 to 8:30 a.m. at the F.K. Bemis Center on the St. Norbert College campus. Thursday, Jan. 23: The 4th Annual Fox Cities Future 15 Young Professionals Awards, presented by Pulse Young Professionals, a program of the Fox Cities Regional Partnership, will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Communication Arts Center at UW Fox-Valley.

Thursday, Feb. 27: The Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership (WMEP) is hosting the Manufacturing Matters! conference from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hyatt in Milwaukee.
