InDevelopment_600pixWhat’s the market like for retail in Northeast Wisconsin? What opportunities can be found in and around the Titletown District adjacent to Lambeau Field?

These topics and more will be covered at Insight’s seventh annual InDevelopment conference tomorrow (March 23) at the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel in Appleton. Tickets are still available. Walk-ins are welcome!

Planned as an afternoon event starting at 2:30 p.m., InDevelopment will convene commercial and economic development professionals and others interested in the commercial real estate industry and related industries. The event will include presentations on some of the region’s major development projects, information from economic development professionals from the New North region and plenty of time for networking.

Ross Koepsel, a partner in Commercial Property Associates, Inc., Milwaukee, will present the keynote, taking a look at the retail market in Northeast Wisconsin in particular.

“Whether it’s retailers trying to increase store counts, investors getting better returns or landlords looking at filling vacancies or raising rents, activity has certainly returned,” Koepsel says. “But really, the best is yet to come.”

Two developer briefings will offer a taste of what’s shaking locally. Appleton Mayor Tim Hanna will discuss “Creativity, Changes and Expectations in the New Economy.” Michael Cantor, developer with Sterling Project Development, New York City, who is working on the Titletown District, will present details and take questions on the 34-acre project.

Tickets cost $35. For more information, go to: insightonbusiness.com/indevelopment
