A nationally recognized accelerator organization that invests in high-growth startups is bringing its vision to Northeast Wisconsin. Already active in Madison and Milwaukee, gener8tor believes the region has the raw materials to build a high-growth startup ecosystem.
At an upcoming event, attendees can hear Troy Vosseller, co-founder of gener8tor, and Maggie Brickerman, managing director of gBETA, a free accelerator for early-stage companies with local roots, share gener8tor’s vision for a high-growth future.
Their presentation is set for the Thursday, Aug. 10 meeting of the Tech Council Innovation Network in Appleton. This Tech Council Innovation Network luncheon is presented in partnership with the Forum for Innovation, which will focus on high-growth companies in the region, and New North Inc.
The event will be held at the Fox Valley Technical College D.J. Bordini Center, 5 N. Systems Drive, conference center BC112A. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m., with lunch at noon and the presentation at 12:30 p.m. The cost is $10 for individual members, students and Bunker Labs members, $20 for general admission and included for Tech Council corporate members.
