Learn more about the latest trends in commercial and economic development at Insight’s annual InDevelopment Conference.
InDevelopment, which will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. on March 19 at the Red Lion Hotel Paper Valley in Appleton, provides an opportunity for professionals from construction companies, financial institutions, municipalities, developers and more to come together and learn about the latest industry trends.
This year’s InDevelopment keynote speaker is Jim Kumon, co-founder and executive director of Incremental Development Alliance in Minneapolis. An urban designer and developer with a diverse background of working in the design, transportation and real estate industries, Kumon and other Alliance members provide training and guidance to those looking to renovate, reposition or build new multi-family buildings, commercial and mixed-use structures.
Following Kumon’s address, there will be developer briefings on Appleton’s urban revitalization and opportunity zones. InDevelopment concludes with a high-powered networking session with cash bar at 4 p.m.
Registration is now open for this year’s event. The cost is $35 before March 1, with the cost rising to $45 after that date. To register or for more information about this year’s event, click here.
