Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport will soon offer non-stop service to Denver International Airport courtesy of a new carrier, Frontier Airlines.
“This exciting service development is truly a reflection of our region’s strong economy and the support of our community members,” Brown County Executive Troy Streckenbach said in a statement. “Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport is a key piece of infrastructure for our community that contributes significantly to our local economy. And as one of the ‘front doors’ to Green Bay and Northeast Wisconsin, growing GRB’s service is very important.”
Airport Director Marty Piette said the low-fare carrier’s addition to the airport is “a direct result of the community’s support in choosing to fly local at GRB.”
Service to Denver will begin May 23. Frontier’s service is seasonal with frequency and times subject to change. Customers should check FlyFrontier.com for the most updated schedule.
