The OnRamp Healthcare Conference will bring together more than 500 industry leaders and innovators at Lambeau Field in Green Bay on June 19 to take an honest look at the future of health care.
Accelerator organization gener8tor, in partnership with the Wisconsin Medical Society and WisMed Assure, is putting on the one-day conference, which aims to serve as “a call to action for all health care stakeholders to support the next generation of disruption and innovation or risk being caught on the wrong side of history,” said Peter Welch, vice president of membership and communications for the Wisconsin Medical Society.
Attendees will include executives from health care organizations, health plans, hospital systems, health insurance payer groups, self-insured corporations, health care startups, investors and clinicians.
The event will offer a full day of conference programming in addition to curated, one-on-one pitch sessions between selected startups and corporate venture capital, innovation and HR executives from more than 20 corporations.
Aneesh Chopra, the former chief technology officer of the United States, will be the conference’s keynote speaker. He’ll discuss patient-led data sharing, implications of the new Department of Health & Human Services rules and how those paradigms are disrupting health care.
