After seeing TEDxFondduLac tickets sell out in less than two hours last year and having one of its produced videos shared on the national website, Sarah Spang predicts tickets for this year’s event will go fast when they go on sale on May 1.
Spang, TEDxFondduLac’s founder and license holder, says online ticket sales start at 7 a.m. at www.tedxfonddulac.com. A limited number of tickets are available for the Aug. 17 event at the Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts in Fond du Lac. Tickets are $100 and include a full day of speakers, activities, food and more.
The 2019 theme is “Life Unscripted” and featured speakers include Arletta Allen, Ashley Anne, Samuel Bice, Angela Damiani, Holland Dickirson, Jacy Imilkowski, Theresa Menting, Manar Mohammad, Robert Pamenter, Deano Pape, Mike Petersen, Lydia Rhoads, Craig St. Clair, Emily Waisanen, Maggie Wentzell, and Shelley Winner.
“We’ve seen immense success through the ideas we’ve been able to bring to our community and beyond these past few years and our standards for our third event are very high,” Spang says. “We have a growing following of individuals from not just Fond du Lac, but all across the country interested in what we’re doing, so we will be making certain ‘Life Unscripted’ is our best event yet.”
