Two IT service companies — Remote Operations Company and SRC Technologies — have merged their operations.
ROC and SRC Technologies serve similar industries such as manufacturing, financial, government, health care, transportation, insurance as well as specializing in highly regulated requirements.
While this is a merger of two organizations, the names of each company will stay the same, while a name change may take place in the future. The merger will be seamless, and clients can expect to work with the same team as always.
ROC President and CEO Kari Serrahn will oversee both companies and B.J. Havlick, the former president and CEO of SRC Technologies, will remain with the organization as a senior leadership consultant.
“This is an exciting time in the history of ROC and SRC Technologies as it allows us to continue to provide the best possible support and services for our clients,” Serrahn said in a statement. “This merger doubles the number of technical resources available to clients and enhances current managed services by combining both of our teams’ approaches. We want our clients to know we are committed to providing a smooth transition with their same teams in place.”
Both companies are headquartered in Green Bay, with ROC getting its start in 2004 and SRC Technologies launching in 2008.
