The series will feature interactive sessions with real-world examples and hands-on experiences. The monthly half-day programs, which start in September, are geared for manufacturers with 75 to 225 employees.
Topics covered during Manufacturing Forward include: Organizational structure and culture; technology implementation; cybersecurity; robotics and human capital management. Participants will leave their sessions with specific takeaways for implementation and resources to achieve success.
