Tickets go on sale Thursday for Ryder preview event

With the 2020 Ryder Cup nearly a year away, tickets go on sale Thursday for a live taping of the Golf Channel’s series “Feherty,” which will be held at 6 p.m. on Oct. 1 at the Weill Center, 826 N. 8th St., Sheboygan.

Hosted by David Feherty, the evening will preview the 2020 Ryder Cup, which is being held at Whistling Straits, and include interviews with U.S. Ryder Cup Captain Steve Stricker and European Ryder Cup Captain Padraig Harrington.

“The 2020 Ryder Cup will be the most significant sporting event ever hosted in the state of Wisconsin, and we’re thrilled to have David Feherty, Steve Stricker and Padraig Harrington here to talk about this momentous occasion,” said Ryder Cup Director Jason Mengel. “The 2020 event at Whistling Straits will, without a doubt, be a once-in-a-lifetime event for all golf enthusiasts.”

Tickets go on sale at noon on Thursday at Ticket prices range from $55 to $75 plus applicable fees and taxes.

The 2020 Ryder Cup will be played Sept. 25−27, 2020, at Whistling Straits in Kohler.
