Fox Valley Wood Products — a builder of pallets, shipping crates, custom shipping platforms and wholesale lumber for manufacturers — has grown in part by diversifying its product lines and expanding its market presence outside of Northeast Wisconsin. A recent facility expansion increased its capacity by 20,000 square feet, allowing it to expand staff and add automation. The company also plans to double its office space to support its growing customer service team, says President Jeff Van Zeeland.
The company offers multiple inflation-based wage hikes, longer weekends and an improved culture through servant leadership and EOS (Employee Operating System) principles.
“Our people are the main reason we’ve grown to where we are today,” Van Zeeland says.
