A sound beginning
In the era of rock and roll, a few friends with good ears began running audio for live concerts in the Fox Valley and Arrow Audio was born. Making a name for ourselves through hard work, local churches and corporations began asking if we provided installation services. The company expanded into permanent installation of audio systems over the next decade. As the demand for technology grew at the turn of the century, so did the company. In the last two decades, we’ve added complete video systems and integrated control automation to our service offerings and quadrupled in size, out-growing our original building.
The current visual
At its creation, the name Arrow Audio was indicative of what we did. Today, Arrow AV Group has come to stand for much more.
Quality over quantity: We don’t just sell audio and video systems; we partner with you on your project. Every system design is engineered and reviewed by industry-certified staff with your long-term goals in mind. We have been recognized as an industry certified leader in quality and every Arrow employee that touches your project has at least one national industry certification. We give every project the same attention from a small huddle space to a stadium arena.
Education for everyone: Education is vital for the best audio-visual experience. Teaching instead of telling is the forefront of our sales process and continues through to operator training when the system is installed. Knowing the “why” empowers customers to make informed decisions, not hopeful guesses.
Employees undergo a lengthy training process, covering OSHA safety, AV standards, internal protocols and continual learning opportunities.
Integrity above all: We know when you work with us, it’s a choice and we don’t take that for granted. A partnership requires building trust and doing what you say you’re going to do.
An integrated future
We are proud to be a family owned, Fox Valley business for the last 35 years. As 2021 begins, we are wrapping up our largest project to date. Installing throughout 2020, the completed project will have more than 15 million pixels of direct view LED video walls, over 500 networked digital audio and IP video end-points, and 30 rooms with programmable control.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, technology acceptance has advanced faster than any other year. Integrating video conferencing and touch-free technology in the workplace and remotely are essential factors for businesses. Streaming systems have been crucial for our education and religious clients. With customer budgets stressed, we developed AV-As-A-Service offerings to help businesses reduce their capital expenditures on essential technologies.
We would like to thank our customers for their trust and for contributing to our success. Contact us and learn how our philosophy of “technology simplified” can benefit you.
