Schenck SC hired Doug Bengson as manager-operations consulting and will serve clients firm-wide. The company also hired Teri Johnson as payroll manager and Kailee Wahler joined Schenck as human resources consultant, where she will serve clients firm-wide.

Tim Hoff was promoted to president of the Bank of Kaukauna. Hoff joined the bank in 2010 as vice president-commercial lending.

Holly Bellmund was named president and chief operating officer of GLC Minerals, Green Bay.

Diane Abraham joined the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley Foundation as executive director. Abraham will lead all aspects of the foundation’s work to help support UW-Fox Valley.

Manitowoc Company appointed Barry L. Pennypacker as president and chief executive officer of Manitowoc Cranes. Pennypacker most recently served as founder, president and chef executive officer of Quantum Lean LLC, a privately held manufacturer and supplier of precision components.

Mike Bobusch was promoted to vice president — residential lending at Choice Bank. Bill Kahl was promoted to vice president — compliance officer for the bank.

St. Norbert College President Thomas Kunkel received the 2015 Council for Advancement and Support of Education V Chief Executive Leadership award. The award is designed to recognize chief executives who actively support all aspects of institutional advancement, encourage innovation and risk-taking among employees and increase the institution’s stature in the community.

Tim Schneider, CEO and co-founder of Investors Community Bank, was re-elected to the board of directors of Wisconsin Business Development. He was also elected to serve as vice chair of the WBD Executive Committee.

WOW Logistics Company promoted Stacey Warning to vice president of legal affairs. She previously served as WOW’s staff attorney and corporate compliance officer.

Wolter Power Systems, a member of Wolter Group, hired Joe Rubens as vice president of sales.

Dr. Timothy Goggins was named chief medical officer for Fox Valley Hematology and Oncology and will lead the group in overall business management. He will also be responsible for collaborating with health care team members and ensuring the delivery of high-quality cancer care.

Len Severson, trade general manager for Pella Windows & Doors, was selected as a 2015 Pella Corporation Director’s Award Winner.

Amber Nelson joined SOAR Fox Cities Inc. as director of development.

Daniel Shea was elected as a division director, as well as chairman, of the Fox Vally division of the National Electrical Contractors Association.

Reid Trier joined Weidert Group as an inbound marketing assistant. Trier’s role will center on inbound marketing execution and marketing automation utilization.

Tom Groenfeldt, a freelance reporter, was named among Financial Brand’s Top 25 Most Influential Voices in Banking. Groenfeldt focuses largely on finance and technology including trading, risk, back office systems, big data and more.

Red Shoes PR Inc. hired Lauree Frechette as client solutions coordinator.

Element Creative of De Pere hired two new employees: Kasey Steinbrinck, a content marketing specialist, and Jamie Weidman, traffic manager.

The Karma Group added four new employees to its Green Bay team: Gina Guarascio, account coordinator; Sara Syring, controller; Don Nelson, web developer; and Mike Thornton, graphic designer.

Pella Windows and Doors of Wisconsin hired Melissa Jeanquart as human resources manager.

Terry Rosengarten was chosen as YMCA Greater Green Bay interim CEO.

Bryan Orth of Investors Community Bank was promoted to business banking coordinator.

Julie Maurina-Brunker, a lab science instructor at Fox Valley Technical College, was named Laboratorian of the Year for 2015 from the Wisconsin Lab Association.

Faith Technologies hired Mike Yatteau as director of project controls.

First National Bank–Fox Valley hired eight new employees: Keegan Langkau, senior relationship banker; Chad Hackbarth, relationship banker; Lea Ann Kolb, universal teller; Alexis Rupple, drive thru teller; Marilyn Besch, teller; Bonita Derkes, drive thru teller and Amanda Novak, universal teller.

Jennifer Wetenkamp joined Investors Community Bank as a loan servicing specialist.

Randy Krause, vice president of builder sales for H.J. Martin and Son of Green Bay, retired. Krause joined H.J. Martin in 1979 as a builder salesman. Benjamin Scott was hired as an inventory control support specialist by the company.

H.J. Martin and Son also hired Tyler Priewe as residential project manager/builder sales.

Prevea Health hired two employees for LeadWell, a program that offers wellness solutions for businesses: Chris Ostrand, senior manager of corporate sales and development, and Jane Lehman, manager of corporate sales for Green Bay and Northern Wisconsin. Prevea also added two new doctors to Prevea Women’s Care at the Sheboygan Health Center: Rebecca England, MD, and Amy Lysy, MD.

Cerebral Palsy, Inc. of Green Bay hired two new staff members: Nick Long, director of operations, and Carissa VanStraten, manager of administrative services.

Brent Jensen of Community First Credit Union received an award from Great Lakes Asset Corp. recognizing his work supporting job creation and small business growth in  Northeast Wisconsin.

Holy Family Memorial President and CEO Mark Herzog participated in national and regional discussions on health care at the 2015 HealthLeaders Media CEO Exchange.

Element, a full service marketing agency of De Pere, added two new employees: Katie Braun and Kimberly Uelmen were hired as account executives.

UW Colleges announced three newly-created leadership positions for the Northeast Region of the UW Colleges: Renee Anderson will serve as regional executive assistant; Laurie Krasin as a regional director of communications and Suzanne Lawrence as regional director of continuing education.

Dan Haak of STEP Industries was promoted to vice president.

Enlighten Financial, LLC hired Kevin Graff as a director.

The University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley hired two new faculty and staff members for the 2015-16 academic year. Saleh Alnaeli joined the Department of Computer Science, Engineering, Physics and Astronomy as an assistant professor and Michelle Pietrzak took on the role as assistant professor of health and exercise science.

Teresa Bray of the BG Group at Baird received her ChFC designation demonstrating understanding of today’s complex financial environment.

Keller, Planners, Architects and Builders hired six employees: Tony Tislau, project designer; Corey Trcka, project manager; Tom Peters, assistant project manager; Peter Read, project manager; Sam Winterfeldt, assistant project manager for the Kaukauna office and Jesse Hall, project manager in its Green Bay offices.

Agnesian HealthCare hired Vivian Onunkwo, MD, to Agnesian Work & Wellness as an occupational medicine physician. Nancy Birschbach, vice president and chief information officer for Agnesian HealthCare, was named by Becker’s Hospital Review to its annual list of “130 Women’s Hospital and Health System Leaders to Know.”

Woodward Radio Group hired Shawn Reed as brand manager for two of its FM stations. Reed will oversee Top 40 WKSZ 95.9 KISS-FM and Adult Hits 104.3 and 92.9.

Michael Heck was hired by Fox World Travel as the director of supplier solutions. Heck has more than 25 years’ experience as an airline account executive and will develop and lead Fox’s supplier relationships to provide the best travel solutions in the marketplace.

Several Agnesian HealthCare physicians were named to the 2015-2016 Best Doctors in America List by Best Doctors Inc: Elizabeth Benson; Douglas Fownes; Suhail Hariri; Joel Lundberg; John Nash; Anthony Strigenz and Michael Vander Kooy.

Dana Berger with Goodwill of Northeast Wisconsin FISC received the Governors Financial Literacy Award for 2015 sponsored by the Governor’s Council on Financial Literacy. FISC, a nonprofit program of Goodwill, is a consumer credit counseling agency.
