Menasha Corp. has acquired ARI Packaging of Alsip, Ill. The business will operate as part of Menasha Packaging Co., a subsidiary of Menasha Corp. The company also has partnered with GPS Education Partners to promote careers in manufacturing and technology by employing high school students who learn skills inside a company while earning credit for school.

Appleton Coated filed a voluntary state Chapter 128 petition for receivership to allow the company’s operations to continue under the supervision of a court-appointed receiver named by the Outagamie County Circuit Court.

Au Naturale Cosmetics products will launch in 25 Whole Foods Market stores.
