Huub te Plate joined cattle genetics cooperative GENEX as chief operating officer after more than 15 years in international sales for its parent company, Cooperative Resources International. The company also hired Wayne Connahvichnah and Shannon Holman as sire stud custodians for GENEX,  a part of CRI, and promoted Troy Wiegert to CRI associate server administrator.

Expera Specialty Solutions hired Tom Adrians as chief financial officer.

Investors Community Bank has named Glen Stiteley as executive vice president – chief financial officer and promotedSarah Peterson to assistant vice president – business credit manager.

Ariens Co. named Larry Weyers group president, Ariens Power Equipment.

Fehr Graham hired Gregg Breese as senior environmental scientist in its Plymouth office.

Kohler Co. appointed Joey Kolenc as head chef of the recently opened Lodge Kohler.
