Innovation is essential to any organization’s success. If a business keeps doing the same thing over and over again, it’s destined to fall behind both in technology and consumers’ changing demands.
The annual Insight Innovation Awards shine a spotlight on businesses and organizations that have embraced innovation, allowing them to make a difference through their processes and practices or create a new product.
The Insight Innovation Awards will be held virtually at 4 p.m. on Aug. 19. The event will be livestreamed on both Insight’s Facebook Live page and YouTube page.
Formerly known as THINC!, the event includes a keynote presentation by Craig Dickman, managing director of TitletownTech, and honors five organizations with Insight Innovation Awards.
An accomplished inventor, entrepreneur and business executive, Dickman will discuss the role innovation plays in helping organizations move forward and how it benefits the community as a whole.
The 2020 Insight Innovation Awards will recognize the following organizations in the categories of People, Planet, Process and Product:
People: CESA 6, Oshkosh
Planet: St. Norbert College, De Pere
Process: Lanehub Inc., Green Bay
Product: Appvion Operations, Appleton
A fifth organization will receive a special innovation award that will be announced during the event. The remaining 24 Insight Innovation Award nominees will be considered for that special award.
