Harmony Café in Appleton and Green Bay will discontinue its restaurant and food catering operations as of Jan. 20 but will retain its drinks and bakery service. It also will change its hours to 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and close on Sundays. The café’s programs and mission of providing a welcoming space for the community will continue.
Nsight Telservice agent locations in Pulaski and Abrams added corporate Cellcom stores to benefit Nsight Telservices and Cellcom customers. Nsight, the parent company of Nsight Telservices and Cellcom, also will build a new 32,000-square-foot Logistical Operations Center (LOC) in Mill Center with a 5,000-square-foot garage for vehicle and equipment storage. The LOC building will include an office, construction and components inventory warehouse, conference rooms, a testing lab and a wash and maintenance bay.

Ryan St. in Brillion; built a 2,521-square-foot Midwest Dental facility located at 2311 Schneider Ave. in Menomonie; remodeled a 17,128-square-foot Greater Milwaukee Auto Auction building located at 8801 W. Brown Deer Road in Milwaukee; remodeled a Pit Row Inc. convenience store located at 2030 University Ave. in Green Bay and is expected to be completed this month; built a 4,388-square-foot addition for Brycon LLC located at 2505 E. Evergreen Drive in Appleton; and will build a 31,434-square-foot warehouse, office and showroom for Menominee Industrial Supply located at 1012 26th Ave. in Menominee, Mich. and is expected to be completed in early 2014.
The AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin (ARCW) received a $50,000 donation from Cary and Susie Silverstein through the Baye Foundation to help connect the electronic health records of patients who receive care in the dental and medical clinics operated by ARCW.

The Door County Community Foundation grew by 21 percent in one year. The Community Foundation’s assets exceed $10 million vs. $4 million from 2009. About $2 million was distributed as grants to non-profits and scholarships to local students since 2009.

Miron Construction Co. Inc. raised $61,000 in 2013 for United Way, surpassing its combined corporate and employee campaign goal of $50,000. This is a 66 percent increase from 2012.
Woodside Senior Communities selected Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction Inc. to renovate and expand its senior living campus at 1040 Pilgrim Way in Green Bay. This $15 million project has two phases. Phase 1 is a design and construction of a new 20-unit memory care assisted living facility and the renovation of portions of a skilled nursing area. Phase 2 adds a fully outfitted rehabilitation center, an addition to and renovation of a skilled nursing facility (24 units) and construction of a new primary entrance to the campus.
