Marian University has named Steven DiSalvo its new president, effective July 1. DiSalvo has a doctorate in educational leadership from Fordham University. He has held positions at a variety of public and private organizations. He most recently served as president and founder of The Hopewell Group, a philanthropic advisement firm.

Cheryll Poissant, director of clinical operations at The Neuroscience Group of Northeast Wisconsin, has earned the professional designation of Certified Medical Practice Executive from the American College of Medical Practice Executive. The designation demonstrates that Poissant has achieved board certification in medical practice management.

Jackie Reuning has joined Promotion Plus as a marketing consultant. She will assist companies with branding initiatives through advertising specialties, logo apparel, corporate gifts, marketing merchandise and imprinted trade show giveaways

Dr. Frances Ballo, a board certified pediatric dermatologist at Dermatology Associates of Wisconsin-Green Bay, has partnered with Bellin Health. She earned a medical degree from Case Western Reserve School of Medicine in Cleveland and completed her residency in dermatology and pediatrics at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pa.

Stephanie Dantinne, office administrator for Davis & Kuelthau in Green Bay, has been elected vice president of communications for the Wisconsin Association of Legal Administrators.

Ryan Bobholz, director of continuous improvement at Cherney Microbiological Services in Green Bay, has received his ASQ-Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. The designation indicates Bobholz completed training in Six Sigma and has applied Six Sigma principles in his job.

Cherney Microbiological Services has added Amanda Matczynski as a marketing research analyst. She is responsible for new market development, customer service analysis, strategic planning project implementation and market research and development.

Jon Bascue has joined Citizens Bank-DePere as branch manager.

ITConnexx has added Jason Fietz as a senior systems engineer and Bryan Willacker as a technical services engineer.

Maria Milano, co-owner and winemaker at Parallel 44 Vineyard and Winery, has joined the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce board of directors.

Reinhart Partners Inc., a Wisconsin-based investment firm, has added Kim Molitor as a relationship manager at its Oshkosh office.

Yan Cao, a board certified nurse practitioner specializing in mental health, has joined Bellin Health Psychiatric Center in Green Bay. She earned her master’s degree from Northeast University in Boston and is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurse Association.

The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh College of Business Alumni Association has honored two of its own and a former faculty member for their outstanding contributions to the community. This year’s honorees include Tom Belot, retired president and chief executive officer of Vollrath in Sheboygan; Rebecca Nash, senior vice president of service operations at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance; and Ronald Marks, emeritus professor of marketing at UW-Oshkosh.

David Weiss has joined Spark Advertising, an advertising and public relations agency in Neenah, as a strategic account executive. He has a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Marquette University and worked with a Milwaukee agency before joining Spark.

Attorney John W. Menn has joined Steinhilber, Swanson, Mares, Marone & McDermott. He received his bachelor’s degree in business from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Mich., and received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Kramer Rock, owner and president of Temployment Inc. of Green Bay, has received the Rotary Club of Green Bay’s Community Leadership Award.

Jim Marlin has joined First Business Capital Corp. as a field examiner. A graduate of Carroll University, he is responsible for conducting field examinations of existing and prospective clients.
Graphic Composition has hired Kristy Courtois as account manager for the Green Bay area market. She has more than 11 years of printing industry experience.

Davis & Kuelthau attorneys Thomas Schober of the Green Bay office and James Macy of the Oshkosh office were named by Wisconsin Super Lawyers magazine as a top Wisconsin attorney for 2009.

Sandra Jadin has been named director of Children of America, a child care provider in Appleton.

Schenck SC shareholders Mark E. Jubelirer, Michael G. Kuechler and Randall K. Olm have been elected to the company’s board of directors. Each will serve a three-year term.
Alta Resources has hired Jason Schubring as its new eBusiness marketing manager. He is responsible for managing and maintaining online marketing, cross-media campaigns, interface design and eCommerce strategy.

Steve Gearhart has joined the Plexus Corp. as chief information officer. He will be responsible for leading the company’s global IT organization. Previously, Gearhart was vice president of solution management with Flextronics International in Charlotte, N.C.
