Rollie Stephenson, chief executive officer of Faith Technologies in Menasha, was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Upper Midwest finalist. This is the second time Stephenson received this honor.

Tim Barthel is the new vice president of member services for Capital Credit Union. He comes to Capital from CoVantage Credit Union where he was an assistant vice president and branch manager.

Acuity promoted Monte Spicer, Michael Duescher,

Linda Ortlieb, Lucas Mertens, Jennifer Weber and Tina Kahl to senior commercial underwriters. The Sheboygan company also announced the promotions of Guy VandenLangenberg and Brian Simons to senior field premium auditors.

Louis LeCalsey III, president and chief executive officer of Tufco Technologies in Green Bay, is retiring Sept. 19. James F. Robinson, the company’s senior vice president for manufacturing sales and marketing, will take over as CEO. Tufco is a contract manufacturer of wet and dry wipes.

Glen Falk joined RGL Holdings in Green Bay as vice president of business development. He has more than 20 years of experience in transportation and logistics management.

Diane L. Ford of Green Bay received the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay’s Chancellor’s Award in recognition of her sustained commitment to the university and the region.

Steve Heimbruch joined Bayland Buildings Inc. as an agriculture salesperson. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lakeland College.

Fox Communities Credit Union promoted Donna Habert to director of training and compliance and added Susan Nagel to the business development team.

Mike Reed is the new director of the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary in Green Bay.

CMD Corp. of Appleton promoted Jason Plutz to electrical engineer and hired Jim Boex as a technical service representative.

The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center presented its distinguished service awards to Roger A. Gerard, David Gitter and Steve Tyink.

Dave Krause is the new executive director of Big Brothers Big Sisters in Appleton. He has more than 20 years of experience in non-profit management.

Jennifer Hickey joined Hermes Law in Green Bay as director of marketing.

Jim Salentine joined CC&N’s Appleton office as a designer/project manager. He has more than 30 years of industry experience, most recently with Mi-Tech Services, a subsidiary of Michels Corporation.

ImproMed LLC, a Butler Schein Co. in Oshkosh, promoted Jeremy Lancour to director of technical services, Gwen Grosskopf to technical writer and Chad Goding to software engineer.

Dave Wilfert, owner of Wilfert Farms, joined the Chamber of Manitowoc County’s Board of Directors.

Dr. Steve Baughman joined the staffs at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton and Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh. A board-certified urologist, he received his medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, Mo. He completed his urologic surgical residency with the U.S. Air Force.

Nexstar Broadcasting Group Inc., the new owner of WFRV-TV and WJMN-TV, appointed Joseph Denk to vice president and general manager of both stations and their associated e-media operations.

Carol P. Sanders was promoted to senior vice president at Jewelers Mutual Insurance Co. in Neenah. She will continue to serve as the company’s chief financial officer and corporate treasurer. She has been with Jewelers Mutual since 2004.

Skyline Technologies Inc. added Jackie Vizdal as an accounting and administrative coordinator, Jonathan Schultz as a senior portal software engineer and Kara Larson as a technical recruiter.

Dr. Anthony Vita joined the Bellin Health Psychiatric Center in Green Bay. Vita, a board-certified psychiatrist, specializes in treatment of addiction, mood disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, schizophrenia and anxiety disorders. He attended medical school at the Stanford School of Medicine, attended the Harvard School of Public Health, and completed his residency at the University of Chicago.

John Pfeiffer joined HiTech Control Systems Inc. as a project manager. He has a background in engineering, maintenance and construction, specializing in business process development and lean practices. HiTech has operations in Neenah and
Green Bay.

Miron Construction in Neenah added Timothy J. (TJ) Schmidt as a technology support specialist and David Lesandrini as a project manager.

Daniel J. Holl of the Raymond James office in Green Bay earned his masters of science in financial services degree from the Richard D. Irwin Graduate School at the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pa. The MSFS degree program provides a diverse financial education that prepares graduates to advise their clients on a wide spectrum of financial needs.

First National Bank-Fox Valley recently announced several personnel changes. Timothy Vogelsang, formerly assistant vice president, was named vice president of commercial banking. Melissa Watzlawick, formerly assistant vice president, was named vice president of retail banking. Karri Bedor, formerly assistant vice president, was named vice president of mortgage banking. David Kruck, who previously was a commercial banker and credit analyst, was named assistant vice president of commercial banking.

Silver Lake College in Manitowoc recently added Jake Czarnik-Neimeyer as vice president of advancement and external relations; Deacon Paul Gleichner as director of alumni and parent relations; Tonia Derouin as director of marketing and communications; and Dale Van Minsel as new web content and marketing coordinator.

Jason Feltz was named a partner in the Oshkosh office of Clifton Gunderson, a certified public accounting and consulting firm. He has 13 years of public accounting experience.

Julie Killeen was named director of business development for BrightStar.

Sue Casperson, a registered health information technician at Shawano Medical Center, received the 2011 distinguished member award from the Wisconsin Health Information Management Association.

Brian Gronski was named business development director at Praxilient Inc. in Appleton. He is responsible for the development and execution of the organization’s marketing, sales and customer account management efforts with a focus on improving sales and creating an effective employment pipeline to consultants.

Bob Burns and Geoff Lacy of Davis & Kuelthau in Green Bay were recognized as lawyers of the year in Wisconsin’s Best Lawyers 2011. Burns and Lacy were both recognized for their practices in labor and employment law.

Northeast Wisconsin Technical College instructor Ken Delcore received the Associated Builders and Contractors–Wisconsin Chapter Instructor of the Year Award. He is an instructor in NWTC’s ABC Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) apprenticeship and HVAC/Refrigeration Technology associate degree programs.

Associated Banc-Corp. named Mary Wettstein to the role of vice president of business development. She is responsible for new business development in the areas of employee benefits, business insurance and human resources solutions. She has 10 years of experience in the banking industry.

Kate Candee was promoted to vice president of mission and retention at Marian University in Fond du Lac. In her new role, Candee will support the fulfillment of the school’s and Sisters of St. Agnes’ mission and core values. She has been with Marian for 20 years in a number of positions, most recently as director of the office of learning, engagement and retention.

Steve Huhta, a realtor with RE/MAX Shambeau & Lyons Real Estate of Waupaca, is the new president of the Riverside Health Foundation. He has been on the foundation’s board of directors for the past five years.

Jodi Petersen and Brad Tamke joined FulfillNet Inc.’s information technology department.

The Back Pain Recognition Program has recognized Dr. Ahmet Dervish of BayCare Clinic in Green Bay for providing superior care to his patients suffering from low back pain.

Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin hired Anne Strauch as the new program coordinator for Circles of Support. She will coordinate volunteers in the Appleton, Green Bay, Fond du Lac and Oshkosh communities who provide recently released prisoners with a support network (a Circle).
Heartland Business Systems added Tom Maloney as a senior sales consultant, Darren Carlson and Richard Ensminger as senior consulting engineers and Wesley Jordan, David Rosener, Alex Cerier, Kevin Schmidt, Evan Cole and Joseph Gasperich as consulting engineers. Chris Armstrong joined Heartland Label Printers as safety coordinator.

Luke Java joined Water-Right Inc. in Appleton as sales manager.

Rod Stent is the new branch manager of the Associated Bank at 491 S. Washburn St., Oshkosh.
Chris VanStraten was promoted to partner at Baker Tilly in Appleton. He is a certified public accountant with extensive experience in the commercial industry, especially retail and professional services.

Associated Banc-Corp in Green Bay added Jon Sattler as vice president, fixed income and securities analyst for Associated’s Kellogg Asset Management department and Jennifer Kaminski as vice president, public relations manager. Associated also promoted Nick Hauser to vice president of business solutions manager and Aaron Vosters to vice president and district manager for retail banking in the Fox Valley and Manitowoc areas.

Ralph Tease, an attorney and managing partner of Habush Habush & Rottier’s Appleton and Green Bay offices, was recently named a Wisconsin Super Lawyer and a 100 Top Lawyer by the American Trial Lawyers Association. He was also selected as one of the top 25 plaintiff lawyers by the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Michael E. Marinetti is the new assistant vice chancellor for academic administration at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. He has been with UW-Green Bay for 30 years and most recently served as assistant dean for the College of Professional and Graduate Studies.

Sue Dequaine, Lisa Hochevar and BeeJay Dobson were named President’s Club Members at M&I Bank in Green Bay.

On Broadway Inc. in Green Bay added Jeff Tilkens as events coordinator and Heather Goodwin as marketing and communications coordinator.

Jennifer Wolf joined Fox Valley CPA’s in Appleton as a staff accountant. A graduate of Lakeshore College with a degree in accounting, Wolf also has an associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.

Walter Doderer joined Bassett Mechanical’s office in Madison as general manager. He will recruit and develop sales and technical staff to support the company’s growing customer base.

Jennifer Dieter is the new fund development and volunteer coordinator for the Emergency Shelter of the Fox Valley. She has more than eight years of experience and previously worked at the YWCA Green Bay-DePere, the Fox Valley Symphony Orchestra and Lawrence University.

The Economic Development Corporation of Manitowoc County promoted Tracy Benter to assistant director and hired Melissa Silbersack as an administrative professional. Benter has been with the EDCMC since 2005, first as office manager and then as director of operations. In her new role, she will oversee day-to-day operations and work one-on-one with clients.

Heather Nohr joined Somerville Inc. in Green Bay as marketing coordinator.

Immel Construction in Green Bay promoted Nicole Lambrecht to payment review administrator and hired Lauren Hintz as a contract administrator and Hannah Smiths as an administrative assistant.
