Bemis Company, Inc. acquired the packaging operations of SteriPack Group, a global manufacturer of sterile packaging solutions for medical device and pharmaceutical applications. The acquisition includes a facility in Ireland as well as packaging production assets in Malaysia and the United States.
Keller, Planners, Architects and Builders announced several new projects, including: 16,500-square-foot addition for Hydratight, Antigo, expected to be complete in August; a 4,000-square-foot facility for All Color Power Coating, in Oregon, expected to be complete this month; a 10,400-square-foot warehouse remodel for Old Fashioned Foods, Mayville, expected to be complete in July; a 21,645-square-foot dealership for Countryside Ford, Columbus, expected to be complete in October; a 4,900-square-foot addition for Heyrman Printing and Green Bay Blue, Ashwaubenon, expected to be complete in September; renovation of Big Ring Storage, Appleton; a 115,500 square-foot building for Ogden Development, Neenah, expected to be complete in August; an 11,000 square-foot remodel for Denmark State Bank, complete in August; a 4,750 square-foot convenience store for Mad Max, West Bend, expected to be complete in August; and a 10,000 square-foot gymnastics facility for Carousel Gymnastics, Waupaca, expected to be complete this fall. The company also announced these new projects: a 115,500 square-foot building for Ogden Development, Neenah, expected to be complete in August; an 11,000 square-foot remodel for Denmark State Bank, complete in August; a 4,750 square-foot convenience store for Mad Max, West Bend, expected to be complete in August; and a 10,000 square-foot gymnastics facility for Carousel Gymnastics, Waupaca, expected to be complete this fall.
Omni Glass and Paint Inc.’s glass division will contribute to the renovation of Windsor Elementary School in the DeForest School District. Omni will furnish and install aluminum storefronts, windows, curtain wall, hardware and glazing for new additions and renovated spaces.
The company will be part of the expansion at Mercury Marine. The expansion will add another 53,000 square-feet of space to Mercury Marine’s global headquarters in Fond du Lac. Omni will be installing curtain wall framing and glazing for the exterior and interior work includes decorative glass and acoustical glass.
The School District of Rhinelander accepted a bid from Miron Construction Co., Inc. for a project including replacing doors, door frames and door hardware at the high school and James Williams Middle School. The $55,125 covers both buildings.
