Andrew Bagnall, president and chief executive officer of St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, was named to the 2011 Up & Comers list sponsored by Modern Healthcare Magazine. He was the only healthcare professional in Wisconsin to earn a spot on this prestigious list.

Jill Olsen joined ThedaCare Physicians-Shawano as a family nurse practitioner. She earned her undergraduate nursing degree from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and her master’s degree in nursing from Concordia University. Dr. Rimas Janusonis, a family medicine physician with ThedaCare Physicians-Oshkosh, achieved the Degree of Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the national medical association representing more than 100,300 family physicians, residents and medical students.

Alta Resources in Neenah hired Steve Hyde as vice president and chief information officer. He will oversee Alta’s global IT operations team and provide the direction on IT strategy and innovation. Alta also promoted Jacqui Zirbel to program director of the firm’s sales business unit.

The Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons of BayCare Clinic added Courtney A. Anderson as a dentist. She received her degree from the University of Minnesota Dental School in Minneapolis and completed her residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Northeast Wisconsin Technical College named Karen Smits as the new vice president of college advancement. She previously served NWTC in other roles including director of planning and development, grant writer of competitive grants and supervisor of outreach projects and grants.

Spark Advertising in Neenah added Tom Cioni as vice president. He will lead the public relations team and manage client and agency services.

George Bureau joined Orion Energy Systems in Manitowoc as director of agricultural sales. He has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership.

John Pfefferle, Bill Bassett and Joyce Bytof were inducted in the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce Business Hall of Fame. Pfefferle, chairman of Pfefferle Companies Inc., is a leader in the local commercial real estate industry. Bassett, chairman of the board of Bassett Mechanical in Kaukauna, served as that company’s president and CEO for 33 years. He expanded the company’s scope of operations to better meet customers’ needs and also supported local education by sponsoring an engineering scholarship at the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley. Bytof is chairman & CEO, Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group, the region’s largest real estate firm. She was also the first woman to chair the Fox Cities Chamber Board of Directors and is active in many community organizations.

Matt Nichols, branch manager of Citizens Bank-Sturgeon Bay, received the company’s Business Owner Banking Certificate, which requires successful completion of a series of educational classes combined with hands on training while working with business owners.

Michael Moegenburg, director of commercial lines product development at Acuity, joined the Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation’s Board of Directors.

Dr. Kelly Krueger joined Affinity Medical Group’s Jackson Street clinic in Oshkosh. A family medicine physician, she earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and completed her residency at Community Health Network in Indianapolis.

Paul R. Blindauer joined GEI Consultants Inc. in Green Bay as a senior consultant focusing on the company’s due diligence, environmental compliance and permitting efforts in the Midwest. He has 27 years of experience in environmental consulting.

Community First Credit Union Chief Executive Officer Catherine Tierney is the new chairman of the National Association of State Credit Union Supervisors Advisory Council.

Building Service Inc. added Vicki Dehne as a project leader, Amanda Krause as a sales assistant, Brett Heikkila as a workplace strategist, Heather Merkel as receptionist and Jennifer Drake, Tricia Krocka and Brittany Luehring as interior designers.

Unity in Green Bay announced that Laura Frea, Ashley Ginter, Andrea Polarek and Wendy Simonsen achieved recognition as Certified Hospice and Palliative Nursing Assistants.

Mike Gorniak joined Icon Marketing as a senior account executive. He has more than 11 years of experience in print and promotional product sales.

Marcia Bjornerud, a professor at Lawrence University in Appleton, received the 2011 Association of Women Geoscientists’ Outstanding Educator Award.

Jerrad Radocay joined the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers’ corporate marketing department.

John Van Driest was promoted to sales manager of Menasha Packaging’s Neenah complex, which includes corrugated manufacturing facilities in Neenah, Green Lake and Hartford. He joined the company in 2010 as manager of marketing and lean solutions.

John Kastner, a project engineer in the construction services division of R.A. Smith National in Appleton, achieved his Wisconsin professional engineer registration. R.A. Smith National also named Doug Senso, an engineer, of Freedom an associate with the company.

Faith Opsteen was promoted to director of finance at Integrity Insurance in Appleton, expanding her current duties as controller. In this new role, she has more responsibility for the organization’s financial, accounting and reporting process. Opsteen joined Integrity in 1995 and served in numerous roles before being named controller in 2004.

Lindsay Stellmacher joined Keller Inc. in Kaukauna as a marketing assistant. She is a graduate of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.

Joshua M. Koch joined Stellpflug Law S.C. in Green Bay as an associate attorney. He received his bachelor’s degree from UW-La Crosse and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Steve Gerend joined Elmstar Electric Corporation in Kaukauna as a TEGG maintenance sales representative. He consults with commercial and industrial companies on ways to make their work place safer, reduce electrical interruptions and overall make the facility run more efficient.

Greg Salmen, senior vice president and trust manager at the Stephenson National Bank & Trust, graduated in the top 5 percent of his class during the commencement exercises for the 67th annual session of Graduate School of Banking at UW-Madison. The Stephenson National Bank & Trust also added Karen Fehrenbach as a trust administrator in the Menominee office and Lisa Beattie as a personal banker in the Marinette office.

Patrick Blaney joined Menasha Corporation as corporate counsel. He was previously with Liebmann, Conway, Olejniczak and Jerry in Green Bay.

Barbara Vo-Koldos joined Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeastern Wisconsin as the new events and marketing director. She has more than 10 years of marketing experience.

Associated Banc-Corp. in Appleton added Rick Schabo as a senior vice president, relationship manager and Paul Hillmer as an assistant vice president.

Tina Dettman-Bielefeldt is the new district director of Wisconsin SCORE. She will lead and support local SCORE offices in providing small business mentoring and workshops across Wisconsin. Dettman-Bielefeldt, a co-owner of DB Commercial Real Estate in Green Bay, has been with SCORE since 2004 in a number of positions, including chapter chair and assistant district director.

Four lawyers from Davis & Kuelthau, S.C. offices in Northeast Wisconsin were selected for the 2012 edition of The Best Lawyers in America: Adrian T. Ulatowski, Robert W. Burns, Geoffrey A. Lacy and James R. Macy.

Miron Construction Co. promoted Kristin Kusnierz to marketing coordinator and hired Michael Sachs as a technology support specialist and David LaBarge as a project manager.

Denis Hogan, regional president of Associated Bank’s North Region, received the 2011 Daniel Whitney Award from the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce. The award honors a chamber volunteer.

Steven Maricque is the new president of the Bellin Health Foundation, which secures charitable gifts to advance Bellin Health’s medical and health-related programs. He joins the foundation from the American Red Cross.

Jennifer Masini joined the Oshkosh Convention & Visitors Bureau as office manager.

John M. Urias is the newexecutive vice president andpresident of Oshkosh Defense. He leads all aspects of the company’s global defense segment, including all tactical wheeled vehicle programs, new product development, vehicle life-cycle sustainment and aftermarket services. Prior to joining Oshkosh, Urias worked for Raytheon Company, where he most recently served as vice president of programs for Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems. He is also a retired Army major general.

Collin Moriarty joined Omega Fields in Newton in field sales support.

The Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce board of directors has added James Dietsche, vice president and chief financial officer of Bellin Health; Michelle Langenfeld, superintendent of the Green Bay Area Public School District; Chris Niles, executive vice president and corporate treasurer of Associated Bank; and Aaron Popkey, assistant director of public relations and corporate communications of the Green Bay Packers.

Scott Gilter joined Choice Bank in Oshkosh as vice president and retail lending manager. He has more than 27 years of experience in the financial industry.
