Carla Altepeter, president and CEO of CitizensFirst Credit Union in Oshkosh, was named to the Credit Union Executives Society Hall of Fame. Altepeter began working in the industry since 1980 and has led CitizensFirst since 1992, starting the first U.S. business lending association of credit unions in 1999.
Mei Bloechl joined Bank First National as vice president of private banking and retail banking for the Fox Valley. She brings more than 30 years of banking experience to her new position.
Alison Struve joined Insight Creative Inc. in Green Bay as a public relations/social media specialist. Struve most recently worked as a reporter at WLUK Fox 11 News in Green Bay.
Drs. Richard W. Seeger and Benjamin Genesis M. Bautista II joined BayCare Clinic. Dr. Seeger received his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin and completed his training in general surgery at Buffalo General Hospital – SUNY. He also completed a fellowship in vascular surgery at St. John’s Hospital – Southern Illinois University in Springfield, Ill. Dr. Bautista received his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, and completed residencies in emergency medicine at the Metropolitan Hospital Center – New York Medical College, New York, and St. Luke’s Medical Center, Philippines.
Former Winnebago County Judge Bruce K. Schmidt joined Menn Law in an of counsel capacity to serve as a mediator and arbitrator. Schmidt, who served in Winnebago County for 19 years, retired from the court in September.
Jamie Sylfest joined Orthopedic & Spine Therapy’s clinic in Clintonville as a physical therapy assistant.
Orthopedic surgeon Kenneth Kleist joined ThedaCare Orthopedics Plus. Dr. Kleist received his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin and completed his residency at the University of Minnesota. He also completed a fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.
Cheryl Schmidt is the new vice president of quality and risk management for the Affinity Health System. She oversees clinical quality improvements within the hospital and medical group setting, collaborating with Network Health Plan.
Darren Lett is the new president at CR Meyer and Sons Company in Oshkosh. Lett previously was the company’s vice president, responsible for operations and labor management. He replaces Phillip Martini, who continues as the firm’s CEO. Other management changes include the promotion of Brad Riutta and Bob Mayer to senior vice presidents; the promotion of Andy Labar to general manager of the Escanaba office; and Dave Smestad to manager of union relations and field personnel.
Skyline Technologies Inc. added Ellen Good to its IT business consulting practice as a project manager; Kurt Wondra to its custom software solutions practice as a software engineer; and Keith Burnell to the custom software solutions practice.
Robert D. Gregorski joined First Manitowoc Bancorp and Bank First National’s Board of Directors.

Leslie Kenne joined Oshkosh Corp.’s board of directors. A retired three-star general, she was the most senior female officer in the United States Air Force at the time of her retirement in 2003. Kenne runs a consulting firm in Virginia. Stephenson National Bank & Trust receptionist Donna Sundquist received the 2010 Mary L. Staudenmaier WINGS (Worthy Individual Noted for Generous Service) Award.
Smet Construction Services added Jeff Schounard as a project superintendent and Claude Hoehne as a pre-construction specialist in the estimating division.
James F. Robinson is the new senior vice president of contract manufacturing sales and marketing at Tufco Technologies Inc. in Green Bay.
Dr. Ramon Ray G. Rayel of BayCare Clinic Cardiology received recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance and the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association for their Heart/Stroke Recognition Program.
Bob Mathers joined Davis & Kuelthau in Oshkosh as a member of the corporate practice group. Diane Gromoske, Karen Lahay and Beth Larson, personal bankers at Stephenson National Bank & Trust, earned their Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers. Bayland Buildings Inc. a design build general contractor based in Green Bay, added Mark Neubauer as project manager and Jim Rogers.
Maria Van Laanen was promoted executive vice president of the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center. She joined the center’s staff in 2001 as director of marketing before becoming vice president of communications and external relations. In her new role, Van Laanen will oversee the center’s day-to-day operations.
Red Shoes PR Inc., a public relations agency in Grand Chute, added Amy Lefler as an account executive and Sara Jeffers as an account coordinator. Lefler has more than 18 years experience in the health care industry. Jeffers is a recent graduate of UW-Oshkosh and was an intern with the firm. Bank First National announced several promotions:
Jennifer Foote to senior vice president-enterprise risk management; Dennis Tienor to vice president-business banking manager; and Shelly Braun to vice president-retail banking manger for the bank’s central region.
John Bergstrom, chairman and CEO of Neenah’s Bergstrom Corp., joined Associated Banc-Corp.’s board of directors.
Steve Tramp joined Associated Bank’s commercial banking team as senior vice president, team leader. With more than 25 years experience in the banking industry, he oversees Associated’s commercial banking sales and relationship team in the Fox Cities.
Remley & Sensenbrenner S.C. in Neenah added Renee A. Read as an attorney. She earned her law degree from the St. Louis University School of Law and practiced law for six years in Janesville before relocating to the Fox Valley. The firm also added Carmen Brown as a legal assistant. She has more than 20 years experience in estate planning.
Todd Brink is the new vice president of continuous improvement at the Boldt Co. in Appleton. He leads efforts to implement lean approaches in project delivery and methods to increase construction productivity for clients.
John Roszak is ENRECO Inc.’s new director of operations. He comes to Newton company with more than 30 years of manufacturing experience, including 27 years at the Kohler Co.
Tim Flynn joined Ingenuity First in Shawano as a counselor with the Employee Assistance Program. A licensed professional counselor, Flynn has more than 20 years experience as a counselor in mental health and substance abuse. He has a master’s degree in counseling from UW-Oshkosh.
Sue Edminster, director of human resources for Affinity Health System, received the 2010 Outstanding Officer Award for Wisconsin’s Chapter of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration.

Deborah Henschel joined First National Bank-Fox Valley as a mortgage/private banking officer in Appleton. John Kastner has joined R.A. Smith National in Appleton as a project engineer. He has nine years of design and construction management experience.
Dr. Andrea Taleon joined Holy Family Memorial’s Lakeshore Pediatrics. Dr. Taleon received her medical degree from the University of East, Philippines. She completed her pediatric residency at Cook County Children’s Hospital, Chicago. Jenny Redman-Schell is ThedaCare’s new system vice president, orthopedics services. She has held several management and leadership positions since first joining ThedaCare in 1991. She most recently served as vice president of physician services and Orthopedics Plus.
Bruce B. Deadman joined Davis & Kuelthau in Green Bay as part of the law firm’s labor and employment law practice group. He has more than 30 years of legal experience.
Seven Liebmann, Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C. attorneys were named Wisconsin Super Lawyers or Rising Stars in 2010. Greg Conway, Tom Olejniczak, Fred Schmidt and George Burnett were listed among the top attorneys in Wisconsin for 2010 by Super Lawyers magazine. Jodi Arndt, David Weber and Tricia Nell were listed as Rising Stars by Wisconsin Super Lawyers magazine.

WFRV-TV Channel 5 promoted Tiffaney Dantinne to newscast director of the Saturday 10 p.m. newscast and High School Sports Extra.
Mid-Day Women’s Alliance awarded the 2010 Woman of Distinction Award to Kathi Seifert, owner of Appleton-based Katapult LLC, which provides pro bono mentoring and consulting services to non-profits. A retired executive vice president with Kimberly-Clark Corp., she is also co-chair for the New North, Inc.
Pat Jermain is the new corporate controller for the Plexus Corp. He leads the global finance organization, working closely with Plexus’ finance teams in Engineering Solutions and Manufacturing Solutions in each region. Before joining Plexus, Jermain was corporate controller at Appleton Papers.
Heidi Oczus and Laura Rowe received Stephenson National Bank & Trust’sAward of Excellence.

Brian Gayhart joined Brett Beaulieu Allstate Agency in Oshkosh. He previously worked in the sales and hospitality industries, most recently supervising the convention center and banquet hall at the
Bridgewood Resort Hotel and Conference Center in Neenah.

Kevin Delahunt, Baron Gottsacker, Andy Steimle and Jay Torke joined the Lakeshore Technical College Foundation Board of Directors. Carol Pearson, professional development director for the Einstein Project in Green Bay, was named to the Professional Development Advisory Committee of the National Science Resources Center.

Todd Sutton joined the Community Foundation of the Fox Valley Region in Appleton as a community engagement officer. He works with donors to make meaningful charitable gifts, administers select grant programs and serves as a grants liaison with the affiliated community foundations in Chilton, Clintonville, Shawano and Waupaca.

Tracy Heaser is the new coordinator of all annual fundraising programs at UW-Green Bay. She previously was a marketing communications coordinator for Prevea Health.
