Rick Fantini joined Menasha Corp. as vice president of human resources. Fantini has more than 25 years of experience and was most recently with Appleton Coated.
Integrity Insurance named Melissa Babcock to the newly created role of product manager, personal lines. She previously was a territory manager for the company and worked with agents in the northcentral and eastern portions of Wisconsin.
Dr. Kristi King joined ThedaCare Physicians-Appleton West as a family practitioner. She received her bachelor’s degrees in biology and physiology from Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Mich., and her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing, Mich. She completed an internship at Duluth Family Practice Residency Program in Duluth, Minn., and a residency at Miami Valley Hospital Family Practice Residency Program in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Jennifer Weiland joined ThedaCare Physicians-North at Appleton’s Encircle Health as a family practitioner. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology from Carroll University in Waukesha and her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. She completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Wisconsin’s Wausau Family Practice Residency Program. Melanie Richardson is ThedaCare At Home’s new director of home care and hospice services. She manages and leads the development of ThedaCare At Home’s home care and hospice services, which serve customers in 12 counties across northeast Wisconsin. Richardson received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from UW-Oshkosh and has 18 years of experience in home care and hospice services.
NEW Cornerstone Mortgage LLC added Jeff Balistriere as a senior loan officer in its Green Bay office and Rick Baeten as a senior loan officer in its De Pere location.
Dr. Kevin Greer, a general and cardiothoracic surgeon, is the new medical director for Bellin Health’s Wound Healing Center.
Randy Dummer, a partner with Baker Tilly Virchow Krause LLC in Appleton, received the Outstanding Discussion Leader Award from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants for 2010. Also at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, Amanda Larson was promoted to senior accountant.
Scott Vanden Boom of Menasha Packaging received certification as a color management professional-master trainer after completing training from IDEAlliance.
Kristin D. Vogel is the new director of the library at St. Norbert College in De Pere. She previously served as librarian and associate professor at Saint Louis University.
Zach Brandon, a former deputy secretary with the Wisconsin Department of Commerce, is the new director of the Wisconsin Angel Network.
Sandi Christman, a training administrator at the Kewaunee Power Station, was named one of Dominion’s volunteers of the year. She has been involved in programs promoting drug awareness and drunken driving awareness.
John Carew, president of Carew Concrete and Supply Co. Inc. in Appleton, received the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association’s Joseph E. Carpenter Award. He was singled out for his outstanding lifetime contributions in the operations, safety and environmental fields of the ready mixed concrete industry.
Katie Schnorr is the new director of development for the Wellness Center of Door County.
Rob Byrne, director of industry and regulatory affairs at Schreiber Foods, has joined the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors.
Cerebral Palsy Inc. added Danielle Schraufnagel as manager of operations and relationships for CP’s Adult Day Services program. She has a degree in human development and family studies from UW-Stout and comes to CP with six years of operations oversight management and director experience. Susan Rodd also joined CP as manager of curriculum development for the adult day services program. Rodd has been a team leader and adult instructor with CP since 2006. The non-profit organization also announced Jill Feiler of Denmark State Bank has joined its board of directors.

Wayne Colbert is the new branch manager of Citizens Bank-Appleton East branch on E. Calumet Street. He previously was the branch manager for Citizens Bank-Allouez. Travis Zielinski is Citizens Bank’s new Allouez branch manager. He previously worked in the Oshkosh branch.

Jennifer Hickey joined Hermes Law in Green Bay as director of marketing.

Sue Leith of Ayres Associates received the Wisconsin Rural Water Association’s 2011 Friend of Rural Water Award.

Acuity in Sheboygan announced several staff promotions: Brian Dzarnowski to senior systems engineer; Heather Ourada, Steve Sorenson and Tim Kornetzke to senior programmer analysts; Jody Hobbs to senior field claims representative in central Wisconsin; Scott Schomaker to senior field claims representative for Green Bay and east central Wisconsin; Josh Tegen to senior inside claims representative; and Kerry Mueller and Carla Burns to senior personal lines underwriters.

Sheila Schinke is Prospera Credit Union’s new chief executive officer. She previously was executive vice president and chief financial officer and served as interim CEO since 2009. She has been with Prospera for more than 20 years.
Hoffman LLC added Tom Grimmer as a senior job captain and Kim Kelsey as a project architect. Grimmer has nearly 30 years of experience as an architect and project manager and will work with project architects from the design stage through project completion. Kelsey has more than 10 years experience in the design and construction industry.
Cooperative Resources International in Shawano promoted Sandy Groth to software development manager within the company’s information technology division. She previously was an IT project planner and software developer with CRI.
Sarah Schneider, business development specialist for Schenck SC, received the 2011 Young Professional of the Year Award from Pulse, the Fox Cities Young Professionals Network and The Post-Crescent. Sue Joseph Mattison, an academic administrator and scholar with extensive experience in the areas of health and education, is the new dean of UW-Green Bay’s College of Professional Studies.
Karen VanDenBusch joined the Insurance Service Center offices in De Pere specializing in Medicare plans, long-term care, prescription drug and health insurance products.
Loni Johnson was promoted to order entry specialist within MBM’s customer support department. She coordinates new equipment orders on behalf of customers and oversees delivery logistics.
UW-Green Bay honored the following alumni for their contributions to the university and the community: Daoud Abboud, founder and CEO of United Technology Solutions-UTS Group in Jordan; Robert Cera, president and CEO of Baylake Corp.; Laura (Busby) Hollingsworth, group president for Gannett’s U.S. Community Publishing Division and president and publisher of The Des Moines Register; and Jody Weyers, volunteer and communications director for the American Red Cross in Green Bay.

Heather Marx joined Rollguard, part of Great Northern Corporation’s Specialty Group in Appleton, as marketing manager. She previously worked with Charter Communications, Time Warner and MillerCoors.
Ron Fosick of Elmstar Electric Corporation in Kaukauna was named general manager of the TEGG Service Division. He has been with Elmstar for 15 years. Bryan LeClaire joined Elmstar as a TEGG maintenance sales representative. He is responsible for developing new relationships with business owners and building managers.
Jim Zimmer, Peggy Lemerond and Jay Kramer were reappointed to Pioneer Credit Union’s board of directors.
Dr. Mark Kroll of Aurora Health Center in New Franken received recognition from the Diabetes Physician Recognition Program for providing quality care to diabetic patients.
Josh Pinsonneault joined Skyline Technologies Inc. as a business intelligence consultant. He comes to Skyline from Versi-Fit Technologies where he was an associate analyst/developer.
Dr. Connie Boerst is Bellin College’s interim president. Boerst is also vice president of academic affairs/associate professor of nursing at the Green Bay college.
Beth Ehlers, co-owner of E&S Entrepreneur Advisors LLC in Appleton, earned the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants.
Ruben Contreras, owner of Action Painting & Carpet Care in Appleton, received the Appleton YMCA’s 2010 Adult Volunteer of the Year Award.
Barb Dreger, director of college marketing at Fox Valley Technical College, co-presented at the American Association of Community Colleges annual national conference in New Orleans, along with Kyle Schwarm, executive director of the Wisconsin Technical Colleges’ statewide marketing program.
The Investment Center at Citizens Bank in Allouez added Daniel Baldwin as a financial consultant. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.
