to executive vice president and chief operating officer and hired
Greg Lundberg as executive vice president of business banking.

Great North Bank hired Tim McKeag as market president for the Appleton region.

The Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce announced the resignation of Adrienne Palm, director of Pulse Young Professionals Network, effective July 21. Nikki Hessel, formerly program coordinator of talent and education, will take over the role of director of Pulse Young Professionals Network.

Dean Halverson, CEO of Leede Research, has been named president of Progress Lakeshore.

Ryan Chernick was named president of Camera Corner Connecting Point.

Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin-Fox Valley hired Dr. Michael Hokenson as the medical director of the neonatal intensive care unit.

The Cooperative Resources International board of directors has announced Keith Heikes as the agricultural holding cooperative’s next CEO. He succeeds Doug Wilson, who will retire in August after 39 years with CRI.

The Allergy and Asthma Center of Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists of Wisconsin announced two new hires: Traci Schultz, certified medical assistant/certified pharmacy technician, and Elizabeth Warzinik, certified medical assistant.

The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders organization announced Agnesian HealthCare, a founding partner, will provide sports medicine coverage. Sami Woolson will serve as the team’s licensed athletic trainer, Bryan Royce will serve as the team’s orthopedics physician, and Bryan Henslin will help with chiropractic needs.

Breakthrough Fuel CEO Craig Dickman was featured as an innovative University of Wisconsin-Green Bay alumnus for his entrepreneurial breakthroughs and successes in the fuel industry.

The Wisconsin Bankers Association recognized departing board member Charlie Schmalz, president/CEO of East Wisconsin Savings Bank, Kaukauna, for his service to the industry.

ThedaCare hired physicians Robin K. Purdy, DO, and Sarah Holets, DO, to specialize in emergency medicine at ThedaCare Medical Center-Waupaca.
