Investors Community Bank announced Will Deppiesse as vice president-business banking at its Appleton location. The bank also announced several new employees and promotions: Naomi Lenz and Ashely Rodewald, loan operations specialists, Manitowoc; Loran Leech, personal banker, Appleton; Matthew Honzik, items processor, Manitowoc; Larry Keil, courier, Appleton; and Bryan Orth, promoted to cash management specialist, Manitowoc.

First National Bank-Fox Valley hired Brad Grant as senior vice-president-market president for a loan production facility in Brillion scheduled to open this month. The bank also hired Aaron Vosters as senior vice president of retail banking and has promoted Chad Hackbarth to commercial credit analyst.

Renae Schlies joined the Greater Green Bay Chamber as director of membership and retention.

ThedaCare announced chief nursing executive Laura Reed has been appointed chief operating officer, a new position within ThedaCare. Reed will keep her CNE position and continue to report to Dean Gruner, MD, President and CEO of ThedaCare. ThedaCare also welcomed several new providers to its network:  Anthony Marquis, MD, a hospitalist physician, will provide care at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Appleton and ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah; Kevin O’Donnell, MD, an orthopedic surgeon, will practice with ThedaCare Orthopedic Care at multiple locations; Amy Zafarani, DO, an obstetrician and gynecologist, provides care at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Appleton and ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah; and Rebecca Fabisch, a nurse practitioner, will practice at ThedaCare Physicians-Infectious Disease at Encircle Health, Appleton.

Bruce Valk has been appointed president of Silver Star Brands, taking the position after serving as CIE and vice president of information technology since 2014.

Keller, Inc., a design/build general contractor with offices in the Fox Cities, Madison, Milwaukee and Wausau, announced Michael Queoff rejoined the company as a regional manager of construction management based out of the Kaukauna location. He held a similar role in the company’s Milwaukee office until 2012.

Marion Body Works hired Mark Uetz as its new commercial regional sales manager for the Minnesota territory.

Fehr Graham, an engineering and environmental firm, hired Matt Schroeder as a senior project environmental scientist in the company’s Plymouth office.

The Greater Green Bay Chamber hired Brandon Peterson as its new youth workforce development manager.

Wil-Kil Pest Control announced the appointment of Norman Shonkwiler as regional manager.

Omni Glass & Paint, Inc. announced the addition of Alan Poepping as its new safety and risk manager; and Andrew Van Wychen as its new commercial glass estimator.

Beckwood Press Company announced the promotion of Adam Strein to engineering manager.

Bayland Buildings promoted Jon Mathu from project manager to project executive.

The Door County Land Trust hired Tom Clay as its new executive director.

Trevor Votruba, Acuity sales territory director for Wyoming, Nebraska and Montana, received the Company Person of the Year award from the Association of Wyoming Insurance Agents.

Camera Corner Connecting Point announced the promotion of three employees in its AV division: Joe Eckberg, vice president of AV engineering; Scott Tomashek, director of AV design engineering; and Russell Hooyman, manager of AV software engineering.

H.J. Martin and Son hired Bob Gmeiner as a project manager, working out of the company’s Neenah location; Sam Sikorsky as an estimator in the company’s residential division; and Breanna Reed in the design team, working in the company’s Green Bay showroom.

St. Norbert College honored Paul Mashl, director of theater facilities, at its President’s Dinner in August with the Exceptional Service Award for service above and beyond normal work expectations at the college.

Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity announced the appointment of four members to its board of directors: Ryan Vidmar, Schreiber Foods; Brian Danzinger, Bank Mutual; Don Snyder, Lamar Advertising; and Matt Gelb, Wipfli. Habitat also announced the appointment of Tammy Stadler as president of the board of directors.
