Lakeshore Technical College named Paul Carlsen, formerly chief content officer for the Louisiana Community and Technical College System, its new president. He will begin in July and take over for Michael Lanser, who will retire after 14 years as president.

ThedaCare named Imran Andrabi, M.D., as its new president and CEO. Andrabi will join ThedaCare on June 19 following the retirement of Dr. Dean Gruner, who has led the system for nine years. Andrabi comes to ThedaCare from Mercy Health, a nonprofit Catholic health care ministry serving Ohio and Kentucky.

Catalpa Health name Trina Doxtator as its new director of development.

Integrity Insurance promoted Dan Trochil to vice president, commercial lines, and hired Steve Van Sluys as personal lines underwriting manager.

The Appleton Area School District selected Judy Baseman as its new superintendent. Baseman has served as assistant superintendent since 2007. She will assume duties July 1.

The Breast Cancer Family Foundation appointed Diane Gaywont as executive director.

Eric Haas, president and CEO of Automated Records Management Systems, was installed as president of the National Association for Information Destruction, a nonprofit trade association for the secure information destruction industry.

Optima Machinery Corp. named Uli Unterriker managing director.

The Village of Kimberly hired Danielle Block as administrator.

Kyle Luedtke was hired as superintendent of the Sevastopol School District.

Blue Print Service Co. changed ownership, with owners Don and Mary Ebben selling the company. Andy Heling took over as president, Tim Schuelke will serve as vice president and Tara Ebben as treasurer/secretary.

The Greater Green Bay Chamber hired Niina Baum as marketing and communications manager.

The Green Bay Water Utility hired Lori Kaye Lodes as communications director.

Chortek appointed Karl Fiasca to the role of director, client services.

Social media marketing management company BConnected, LLC hired Liz Groth as social media account manager and Beth Mau as office administrator.

Keller Inc. hired Earl Vorpagel and Rob Doubeck as concrete craftsmen.

Individuals from the New North were among 26 finalists in the 14th annual Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Contest, which is designed to encourage entrepreneurs in the startup stage of tech-based businesses. Those advancing include: Jeffrey Leismer, VibeTech Inc., Sheboygan; Jordan Mather, Health Connection, Appleton; and Richard Schramer, Hovertoon, LLC, Berlin.

The Wisconsin Banking Association named Amy Vetrone, 1st National Bank’s literacy coordinator, as Financial Literacy Banker of the Year for 2015-2016.

Barry Martzahl, managing director of Graystone Consulting’s Green Bay office, was named to Barron’s list of America’s Top 1,200 Advisers: 2017 State-by-State.

Felician Village, Manitowoc chose Stephanie Madson, social worker, for its Service Excellence Star award for March.

Annie Vlach, life enrichment director at Touchmark, earned the designation of certified cognitive stimulation instructor.

Brian P. Ruh was named a member of the 2016 Chairman’s Council of New York Life.

Shayne Duesing, a driver for Schroeder Moving Systems of Appleton, was named a van operator of the month for United Van Lines.

William Woodward of von Briesen & Roper, s.c., was named to the board of directors of New North Inc.

Investors Community Bank announced the following promotions: Lindsay Wiesner to portfolio manager; and Katie Katch, Scott Schroeter and Liz Kenneke to senior portfolio manager. Mark Binversie, president of Investors Community Bank, was appointed as an adviser for the Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin board of directors.

Consolidated Construction promoted Joe Campione to senior project manager within the business development and project management teams.

Sheboygan County Food Bank hired Patrick Boyle as executive director.

Dr. Sharat Bidari and Dr. Lynn Mastey, both fellowship-trained radiologists, have joined BayCare Clinic Radiology.

Agnesian HealthCare hired neuropsychologist Daniel Condit, PhD, at St. Agnes Hospital Outpatient Behavioral Health Services.

Dr. Patricia McDougall Schick, the only dedicated pediatric orthopedic surgeon providing care in Northeast Wisconsin full-time, is now seeing patients at the Prevea Sheboygan Health Center.

ThedaCare hired Aisling Elsner as a nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine and practicing at ThedaCare Physicians in Shawano, Clintonville and Tigerton.
