Mark Naze, currently chief financial officer at Nsight, will become CEO effective July 1. Patrick Riordan, the company’s current CEO, will remain president, chairman of the board and chief strategy officer.

As CEO, Naze will oversee the day-to-day operations of Nsight and its subsidiaries. Riordan will focus on Nsight’s strategy as the company continues to move forward in a rapidly changing technology industry.

Since joining Nsight in 1984, Naze has worked closely with Riordan to take the business from a traditional landline company to a family of companies that provides complete telecommunications services throughout northeastern and central Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. During this time, the company has grown from $1.6 million in revenue to over $318 million in 2017.



Agnesian HealthCare named Katherine Vergos president at St. Agnes Hospital. In her new role, Vergos will assume responsibilities for the daily operations at St. Agnes Hospital.

Vergos is a registered nurse who joined Agnesian HealthCare upon the affiliation of Ripon Medical Center with Agnesian HealthCare in June 2010. At Ripon, Vergos started as the vice president of patient services and as a member of the executive team that facilitated the affiliation between Ripon Medical Center and Agnesian HealthCare. She was named Ripon Medical Center chief operating officer in 2011. Most recently, Vergos served as St. Agnes Hospital chief operating and chief nursing officer.



Nsight announced personnel changes taking effect July 1. Dan Fabry, chief operating officer of mobile operations, will expand his role to include oversight of the Nsight Telservices fixed operations as COO of mobile and fixed operations. Brighid Riordan will be promoted to chief innovation officer and vice president of emerging services and public affairs. Ron Van Nuland will be promoted to chief financial officer.

Berners-Schober announced leadership changes: Ian Griffiths, president; Joe Dettlaff, chairman of the board; Dan Dallich, senior principal; Brian Meulemans, senior principal; John Miller, vice president; Matt Veriha, treasurer; and Wendy Thorson, secretary.

Dr. Thomas Huffer was appointed executive medical director of HSHS St. Vincent Children’s Hospital in Green Bay.

U.S. Lubricants, a division of U.S. Venture Inc., promoted Tom Springer to industrial channel director.

Sarah Schneider was named director of Concordia University Appleton Center.

Elaine Krizenesky was promoted to national office director for Wild Ones Natural Landscapers Ltd.

O’Connor Connective promoted Rachel Sonnentag to strategic communications consultant.

H.J. Martin and Son promoted Matt Westenberger to residential measurer.


New hires

Mike Boettcher joined Fortifi Bank as chief financial officer.

Claire Thompson was named executive director of The Farmory.

George M. Schroeder was named executive director of Hearthstone Historic House Museum.

Chandler Hall joined Lanehub as executive vice president and chief operating officer.

Vijay Krishna joined Sargento Foods as vice president, quality and food safety systems, and John Rodgers was promoted to vice president, research and development.

Greg Niemann joined Briess Malt & Ingredients Co. as vice president of sales and marketing.

BLC Community Bank hired Kendra Anderson, vice president commercial lending, and Drew Bodway, assistant vice president, lending.

Ruder Ware opened a Green Bay office with attorneys Ron Metzler, Chris Pahl and Chad Levanetz joining the firm at the new location.
