Community Care, Inc. named Kenneth Munson, a former regional director of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, as CEO of Community Care.

Todd Butters is now plant manager at Amerequip’s Plant 3 in Kiel. Butters has more than 25 years of manufacturing experience.

First National Bank-Fox Valley announced the promotion of Karri Bedor as vice president and chief marketing officer. Bedor has been with the bank for the past seven years, overseeing mortgage sales and operations. The bank also added Eben Johnson as commercial banking officer.

The Fox Cities Convention & Visitors Bureau named Mary Hirvela as its new marketing communications manager. She has been in the hospitality marketing and sales fields for more than eight years.

After nearly 40 years of service to The Stephenson National Bank & Trust, President John Reinke is retiring. Reinke joined SNBT as a consumer loan officer before moving into the bank’s commercial lending department. During that time, the bank grew from assets of about $25 million to more than $750 million. He will be succeeded by Daniel J. Peterson, current SNBT executive vice president. Additionally, Mary Staudenmaier, the bank’s chairman of the board, was recently inducted into the Wisconsin Bankers Association’s 50 Year Club. Debbie Frederiksen, mortgage leader at the Marinette branch, and Christine Nelson, HR and operations assistant, received The Stephenson National Bank & Trust Award of Excellence.

Legato Healthcare Marketing expanded its team to include Lynn Jones as the new director of client services. Jones joins Legato from Imaginasium in Green Bay, where she was account director for the advertising agency and general manager for its interactive media division.

Women in Management-Fox Cities Chapter named Sandi Moore as its 2013 Fox Cities Woman Leader of the Year. Moore is a student services counselor and has been the coordinator of the Wo/Men’s Educational Bureau at Fox Valley Technical College since 2000.

Rob Behnke, truck driving instructor at Fox Valley Technical College, was elected president of the National Association of Publicly Funded Truck Driving Schools. The association was founded in 1990 to provide a membership network for transportation educators.

Chris Czarnik and Christopher Jossart, both of Fox Valley Technical College, co-wrote “The Human Search Engine: It’s what you think you know about a job search that keeps you unemployed,” a guide to landing a new career through connecting job seekers to employers.

The Board of Directors of AZCO Inc. announced the promotion of John P. Trottier to president and CEO. Trottier served as executive vice president for the past 14 years, and has 32 years of experience in power generation, metal casting, pulp and paper and heavy industrial projects. Additionally, Robert Brockington was promoted to vice president of estimating and will oversee the field and fabrication estimates. Brockington has been with the company for 12 years.

American Digital Cartography, Inc. welcomed Bruce Siebers as its director of sales and marketing. Siebers will be responsible for developing, managing and guiding all sales and marketing strategies and activities for ADCi and ADC WorldMap products and services. He will also develop and implement all communication and PR strategies and tactics for the company.

Mike Banaszynski joined Fox Communities Credit Union as a mortgage loan officer.

Dave Meyerhofer of Kobussen Trailways in Kaukauna received the 2013 UMA Maintenance Competition Award.

Dan Walsdorf of Advanced Custom Geothermal in Kiel was elected to the board of the Wisconsin Geothermal Association.

Ed Svojse is the new director of consulting services for the Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership. He has more than 35 years of manufacturing experience.

Linda Garvey is the area director of sales and marketing at the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel in Appleton. She comes to the Paper Valley from Tharaldson Lodging, a Fargo, N.D.-based hotel franchise company.

Laura Berchem joined RLO Sign in Sheboygan as an outside project manager.

Clarity Care recently promoted Jeff Stark to vice president of facilities and procurement; Heather Hamann to director of accounting; and Mary Kummerow Johnson to director of marketing and fund development.

The Building for Kids Children’s Museum named Bobbie Schmidt as its new executive director and promoted Kristen Trimberger to associate executive director. Schmidt is a former Wisconsin Elementary Principal of the Year and was also recognized in 2010 as a National Elementary School Principal of the Year. Trimberger joined The Building for Kids in 2011 as director of education and family learning. She’ll continue in that role along with her new duties.

Epiphany Law, LLC, added attorney Patrick Furman to its staff of lawyers. Furman owned a private practice for more than eight years, and has practiced law for 15. He specializes in estate planning. Kathryn M. Blom was recently named the first partner at Epiphany Law in Appleton, which is owned by Kevin Eismann. Blom has been with the firm since 2007.

Ledgeview Partners, a customer relationship management firm in Appleton, added Jane Frantz as marketing manager and Jean Degener as an inside sales account manager.

Bank First, a subsidiary of First Manitowoc Bancorp, Inc. announced the promotion of two bank officers: Max Scheuer, business banking officer; and John Mueller, assistant vice president/relationship manager.

Kohler Co. announced the appointment of Michael Belot as general manager of Destination Kohler. Belot previously worked with the PGA of America where he most recently was director of the 2012 Ryder Cup at Medinah Country Club in Chicago. Belot served as a consultant for Super Bowls XLV and XLVI and was pre-game talent producer for the recent Super Bowl XLVII. Kohler’s hospitality group also announced the promotion of Christine Loose to director of hotels – The American Club Resort Hotel and Inn on Woodlake; and the promotion of Chef Anette Rose Righi to Kohler Original Recipe Chocolates lead chocolatier.

Secura Insurance promoted David Schlichting to vice president-farm and agribusiness underwriting. He has more than 16 years of insurance industry experience.

Bela Lanczy joined ChemDesign as manager of commercial development.

Arketype announced it has hired Amy Soquet as the agency’s internal account/traffic manager. Soquet previously worked for Shopko as an advertising manager.

Drew Poggemann is the new director of technology with Avastone Technologies. Poggemann has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry.

Laura Dowdy joined The Paper Discovery Center in Appleton as education coordinator.

Attorney James L. Cummings of the Remley & Sensenbrenner Law Firm in Neenah was included in the 2012 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the trusts and estates category.

Schenck announced several additions to the firm, including Tyler Carlson, M&A analyst; Alicia Trantow, senior accountant; and Amy Neveau, administrative assistant in the government and not-for-profit department.

Kit Kraabel is the new regional sales executive with Fox Valley Metrology Group in Oshkosh. He most recently was regional sales manager with LS Starrett Co., a manufacturer of precision tools and saw blade products.

Christine Harkness joined the staff of Cerebral Palsy, Inc. in Green Bay as director of therapy services.

The Emergency Shelter of the Fox Valley promoted Jennifer Dieter to community relations director and hired Beth Servais as its volunteer and special events coordinator.

Jessi Schaus is the new director of environmental services for Shady Lane, Inc. Schaus will manage the housekeeping department for Shady Lane Skilled Nursing, Rehab at Shady Lane and Laurel Grove Assisted Living.

Patrick Young is the new marketing coordinator at Lakeshore Aviation LLC of Manitowoc.

Dr. John Toussaint, CEO of the ThedaCare Center for Healthcare Value, wrote “Management, Leadership and Board Roadmap to Transforming Care of Patients” in a recent edition of Frontiers of Health Services, a publication of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Hilary Bauer joined the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers as the marketing coordinator. A graduate of UW-Oshkosh, she completed internships with the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters and the Milwaukee Brewers.

Steve Christoferson was recently promoted to vice president of manufacturing at Hatco Corporation in Sturgeon Bay. He has been with the company for 28 years.

BMO Harris Bank recently made several additions to its Green Bay team: Jordan Sullivan and Eric Lempke as assistant vice president-portfolio managers; Matt Nolan as assistant vice president; and Ben Soodsma as an analyst.

William E. Jackson is the new vice president and chief technology officer with Bemis Company Inc. in Neenah. He will oversee the company’s research and development capabilities. Jackson previously was vice president of global research and development with Dow Building and Construction.

New North, Inc., announced the appointment of three new leaders to its board of directors for 2013: Ashok Rai, MD, president and CEO of Prevea Health; Paul Verbeten, president of Perfecseal, a division of Bemis; and David J. Ward, president and founder of NorthStar Economics, and the author of the initial study that was the basis for New North more than a decade ago. The three new appointees will serve terms on New North’s Board of Directors until 2016.

Candy Conard, a trainer with NEW Partnership, was elected as the new chair of the Marion House board of directors. Marion House of Green Bay is a non-profit group home and transitional living apartment building that provides services to pregnant and parenting young mothers ages 15 to 21.

Current, the young professional’s network of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, announced Ryan Krumrie and Jessica French as recent additions to its steering committee. Krumrie is an attorney at Hager, Dewick, & Zuengler, S.C., and a member of the state bar of Wisconsin, Brown County Bar Association and Leadership Green Bay. French is the sales and promotions coordinator for PMI Entertainment Group/The Green Bay Gamblers.

The Boldt Company added Rick Walter to its power and energy executive team as vice president of power. Walter brings more than 27 years of power industry experience to his new position with Boldt. His background includes extensive work on combustion turbine-based facilities, air quality control system upgrades and solid fuel projects.

Cathy Mutschler joined U.S. Venture as director of giving and community engagement. Mutschler joins U.S. Venture from the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region where she had worked since 2005.

Jewelers Mutual named a new chief financial officer. Paul J. Fuhrman, CPA, AIAF, has more than two decades of experience in senior level financial management in the insurance industry.

Plexus Corp. promoted Scott Weber to vice president-quality. Weber will be responsible for strategically directing, managing and coordinating Plexus’ global manufacturing quality and regulatory compliance. He was previously director of quality and as the manager of global regulatory compliance.

Dan Frievalt, owner of Frievalt Photography, has been named Wisconsin Photographer of the Year by the Professional Photographers of America.

Stephanie Dantinne, office administrator at Davis & Kuelthau in Green Bay, is the new president of the Wisconsin Association of Legal Administrators (WALA) board of directors.
