Ascension Wisconsin appointed new regional presidents effective Aug. 1: Travis Andersen, president of the South Region, which included Affinity Health System in the Fox Valley; and Debra Standridge, president of the North Region, which includes the central and northern regions of Ministry Health Care.

Marcus Hotels & Resorts announced David DiSalvo as area director of sales and marketing for the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark in Green Bay and Heidel House Resort & Spa in Green Lake.

Daniel Cullen has been promoted to director of applied knowledge at Breakthrough Fuel, a global supply chain management and transportation energy advisory firm in Green Bay.

Matt McLeish, vice president of sales, marketing and customer service for Pierce Manufacturing, has been named to the board of directors of New North Inc.

WS Packaging Group, Inc. named Dean A. Wimer as its new chief operating officer. Although he will be based in the company’s Knoxville, Tenn. office, Wimer will have an active presence in all manufacturing locations.

Dr. Michael Ostrov has been promoted to Chief Medical Officer for WPS Health Insurance and Arise Health Plan, succeeding Dr. Phil Colmenares.

Mark Kaiser, president and CEO of Lindquist Machine Corp., a Green Bay custom machine-building company, was named to the board of directors for the Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership.

Ripon Printers appointed Jeff Spence to vice president of operations. Having joined the company in 1988, he takes over for Dennis Darnick, who retired.

Raymond Withbroe, president of Tweet/Garot Mechanical, is the recipient of the 2016 Meritorious Service Award from the Mechanical Contractors Association of Wisconsin.

Brian Gottlieb, president and owner of Tundraland Home Improvements, has been named the 2016 Business Person of the Year by the Greater Green Bay Chamber.

Amber Paluch joined the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation as vice president of community engagement. Her work will include the 2016 LIFE Study and POINT, the Poverty Outcomes and Improvement Initiative to address root causes of poverty in the region.

Miron Construction Co., Inc. hired two employees at its corporate headquarters in Neenah: Joe Lukasik as a project executive and Kim Mahlendorf as an accounting specialist.

Consolidated Construction Co. Inc., added new staff to its Appleton office: Damian Jarres, hospitality strategic accounts manager; and Michelle Rueckl, human resource manager.

Mike Schmidt has been named director of strategic growth and business development at BayCare Clinic, where he was previously the senior manager of business development. Donna Lautenbach has been named executive project coordinator.

Jason Tuzinkewich of Cornerstone Business Services, Inc. earned the Certified Business Intermediary designation from the International Business Brokers Association. The company also announced Nate Rebarchik has been named a territory sales manager for Wisconsin.

Matthew Buelow, M.D., joined Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and began seeing Fox Valley patients July 1. In addition to serving the Neenah hospital as a cardiologist, Buelow will see patients at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton and Mercy Medical Center – Oakwood Clinic in Oshkosh.

Dr. Chad R. Seubert, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, joined Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons BayCare Clinic.

Green Bay-based architecture and engineering firm Somerville, Inc. announced several promotions: Matt Schachtner, to executive vice president/principal project architect, he will continue as director of design and on the executive committee and board of directors; Jay Vincent, to director of operations/principal project manager, he will also continue with his quality control duties and on the board of directors; Sara Kvitek, to the board of directors, she will continue as vice president/director of finance; Timothy Bostedt and Adam Drefcinski, to project manager; and Heather Nohr, to director of marketing and branding. Somerville also announced four new hires: Anders Sandli, project architect; Tamarine Wessing, senior architectural drafter; Collin Arndt, architectural drafter; and Lillian Mendez, project architect/specifications writer.

University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Chancellor Gary L. Miller appointed Professor Susan Gallagher-Lepak as the founding Dean of UW-Green Bay’s College of Health, Education and Social Welfare.

Affinity Health System and Ministry Health Care announced several practitioners joined its team: Christine Lundberg joined the staff of Affinity Medical Group’s employer solutions department and will serve employer on-site clinics in the Fox Valley; Alex Engel joined Affinity Medical Group’s internal medicine department in Oshkosh; Jennifer Resch joined the family medicine department in New London; and Dr. Ann-Marie Edwards joined the hospitalist program at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh.

Thomas M. Tamlyn, M.D., joined ThedaCare as a physician specializing in interventional cardiology and vascular medicine at ThedaCare Cardiovascular Care in Appleton. Michelle Soto, M.D., a family medicine physician, joined the staff of ThedaCare Physicians-Waupaca.

Lawrence University named Rev. Linda Morgan Clement as the Julie Esch Hurvis Dean of Spiritual and Religious Life.
