Sandy Duckett was hired as the new CEO of WEP (Women’s Employment Project), Inc. in Sturgeon Bay. Duckett previously worked as vice president of College Advancement at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and as chief operating officer of the NWTC Educational Foundation, Inc. Duckett has served on many community boards, including the United Way of Brown County, YMCA, Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Public Policy Committee and the New North Branding and Marketing Committee.

Holly Brenner was promoted to vice president of Strategic Development & Marketing for Agnesian HealthCare. Brenner joined the company in December 2011 as director of Marketing, Public Relations & Business Development. She previously worked at DYNAMIC in Menasha as director of Sales and Marketing and as vice president of Marketing for the Laux Agency in Oshkosh.

Nicholas J. Hoffman was named chief curator of the History Museum at the Castle in Appleton. Hoffman has been with the museum since 2011 as curator. He is a member of the National Leadership Team for the American Association for State and Local History.

Kathy Reinke was named director of Food Services of ThedaCare. She has been with ThedaCare for 21 years, previously working as manager of nutrition and food services at Shawano Medical Center.

Adam Heindel, Judy Teale and Ryan Sawall joined Consolidated Construction Company. Heindel has joined as an architect, Teale as an architectural designer and Sawall as project director-Southeast Region Operations. Heindel and Teale will work in Appleton. Sawall will be working in Consolidated Construction’s downtown Milwaukee office.

Tim Reidl of Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company in Neenah assumed the role of senior vice president of commercial lines. Reidl brings more than 25 years of insurance industry experience to Jewelers Mutual. He previously worked as vice president of commercial underwriting at Secura Insurance.

Nathan Vanden Branden has been promoted to branch manager for Associated Bank in Green Bay. Vanden Branden was previously a branch manager at Associated Bank’s Green Bay Festival East location. He is a graduate of St. Norbert College.

Andrew Hermsen of Hermsen Wealth Management and Michael Johnson of Johnson Wealth Management joined Navigator Planning Group in Green Bay. With this change, the new west side Green Bay Navigator location (formerly Hermsen Wealth Management and Johnson Wealth Management) has moved to 4696 Golden Pond Park Ct, Suite 300, Hobart.

John Gillis of LaForce Inc. in Green Bay was named a member of the company’s board of directors. He has worked for LaForce for 13 years and previously supervised the Aftermarket Sales, Installation and Security Integration departments.

Jamie Boucher was hired at Candeo Creative of Oshkosh as Media Manager. She brings more than eight years of customer service and team management skills to her new position. She previously held design positions at Oshkosh Corporation, College Kids and Shopko.

Dr. Sandra Ketchum joined American Animal Hospital in Neenah. Ketchum previously practiced veterinary medicine in Washington State for 10 years. Before that, she taught the veterinary assisting program at Waukesha County Technical College.

Catherine C. Leggett, of BayCare Clinic in Green Bay, became the second Certified Plastic Surgical Nurse in Northeast Wisconsin. Leggett is one of seven Certified Plastic Surgical Nurses in the state.

Kevin Cherney was elected to partnership at Wipfli LLP in Green Bay. Cherney has more than 20 years of accounting experience and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Previously, he was the president of the Allouez Optimist Club.

Kevin Kosgard joined Baker Tilly Investment Advisors, LP in Appleton. Kosgard will lead the firm’s Wealth Management practice in Appleton. He has more than 25 years of experience serving business owners, executives and individuals.

Acuity of Sheboygan announced the following promotions: Nick Bainter, Dave Fredrick and Natalie Hollister were each promoted to manager, commercial underwriting; Alissa Burgos was promoted to commercial lines staff underwriter; John Gebert was promoted to senior commercial field underwriter; Abby Emerick was promoted to senior commercial underwriter; Lesley Hirt was promoted to senior commercial underwriter; Stacy Milbrath was promoted to senior commercial underwriter; Melissa Munger was promoted to senior commercial underwriter; Marci Post was promoted to senior commercial underwriter; Joe Skalmoski was promoted to senior commercial underwriter; Garrett Westera was promoted to senior commercial underwriter; and Laura Jakel was promoted to manager, central claims. Mark Walecka earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, the insurance industry’s highest professional certification. He has been with Acuity since 1998.

Dr. Jocelyn Moore was hired at Appleton Medical Center and Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah as a pathologist. Moore earned her medical degree from the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She is also involved in the United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology and the College of American Pathologists.

Chadd Scott was named director of sales for the Fox Cities Convention & Visitors Bureau. He has more than 15 years of experience in hospitality sales and management.

Randy Boelhower of Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin was named the “Outstanding Achiever for July.” Boelhower joined Goodwill in Menasha in 2008 and works in the donations area.

Bruce LeNoble was hired as director of IT Operations for Nsight Telservices in De Pere. LeNoble has more than 25 years of IT experience. He previously worked as manager of information technology at CMD Corporation in Appleton.

Erica VanBoxtel was hired as account manager at Imaginasium, a marketing firm based in Green Bay. VanBoxtel previously worked at the Green Bay Press-Gazette as magazine coordinator and editor.

Jill Last was hired as a project coordinator at Séura in Green Bay. Last previously worked as a meteorologist for the National Weather Service.

Dr. Douglas Connor joined ThedaCare Orthopedics Plus at Appleton-Medical Center as a sports medicine physician, specializing in pediatric and adolescent medicine. Dr. Connor earned his medical degree from Medical College of Wisconsin and received a pediatric sports medicine fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Jack Rhodes became the new board chair for the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region. Rhodes is a retired college administrator of Miami University of Ohio and a civic leader in Waupaca, where he founded the Waupaca Area Community Foundation. He previously served on the board of Fox Valley Technical College.

Jon J. Syndergaard joined Cerebral Palsy, Inc. of Green Bay as executive director. Syndergaard has more than 18 years of non-profit executive leadership experience. He most recently worked as executive director/CEO of Integrated Community Solutions in Green Bay.

Joel Matthies was promoted to senior vice president of personal lines at Jewelers Mutual Insurance of Neenah. Matthies previously worked as the company’s CIO.

Jennifer Vander Zanden was promoted to vice president of client services at Breakthrough Fuel in Green Bay. Vander Zanden previously worked as the director of analytical services for the firm.

Mark Thompson was promoted to senior vice president of Business Development at Breakthrough Fuel. Thompson previously worked in logistics, management, forecasting and manufacturing planning at Good Humor Ice Cream in Green Bay and later, Paper Transport of Green Bay. Hannah Lehman joined Breakthrough Fuel as director of Finance and Process Integrity. Lehman previously worked as a manager in the Audit Department at Schenck SC in Appleton.

Andrea Parins was named public relations/social media coordinator at Insight Creative, Inc. in Green Bay. Parins previously worked at GMR Marketing in Milwaukee under the same title.

Chris Hanson, owner of Hanson Benefits in Appleton, was appointed to the Health Insurance Sharing Plan Authority (HIRSP) Board. She is the only representative from Northeast Wisconsin and will serve on the board with seven other health care experts. Thirteen of the board’s 14 members are appointed by the governor for three-year terms.

Mary Williams was hired at Theda Clark Medical Center and Appleton Medical Center. She is part of a team at Women’s Care of Wisconsin S.C. in Neenah. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh and earned her master’s degree from Frontier College of Midwifery in Kentucky.

Jennifer Zimmer Young was promoted to medication safety officer at Appleton Medical Center and Theda Clark Medical Center. Young has worked as a pharmacy educator for the hospitals since 2008. Before joining ThedaCare, she worked at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, Mich., as the drug information and investigational drug clinical specialist.

Kate Willhite was named director of Payor Contracting and has joined BayCare Clinic of Green Bay’s executive team. Willhite previously worked as executive director of Orthopaedic Associates of Manitowoc, Manitowoc Surgery Center and Expert Therapy in Manitowoc.

Korey Klister was named the new personal product manager at Integrity Insurance in Appleton. Klister has more than nine years of insurance and pricing experience and previously worked at Secura Insurance in Appleton as an actuarial analyst.

Robert M. Hund of The Manitowoc Company became president of the company’s food service segment. Hund previously served as an executive vice president of the company’s Crane Care division. Prior to that, he worked as vice president of worldwide marketing and product management.

Dan Pichler was appointed the partner-in-charge of Wipfli LLP’s Green Bay office. Pichler succeeds Ken Krueger, who retired in May after leading the Green Bay office for more than 25 years.

David Briggs joined Associated Bank of Green Bay as vice president, vendor management risk manager. Briggs has 15 years of financial management experience and previously worked as the earned value management and risk manager for Marinette Marine Corporation. Eric Latimer was named vice president, senior accounting manager at Associated Bank in Green Bay in the company’s finance department. Latimer previously worked as the company’s accounting manager and has nine years of banking experience. Andrew Fiumefreddo was hired as vice president/information technology infrastructure library process lead for Associated Bank.

Heidi Stachowiak was hired as the production and sales floor leader for the Goodwill Outlet Store in Appleton. Stachowiak previously worked as an assistant manager at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Appleton.

John Hale of The Boldt Company retired from his position as group president of the company’s central operations business unit. During his retirement, he will serve in an advisory role. Replacing Hale will be Jeff Johnson, formerly executive vice president of human resources and risk management. Replacing Johnson will be Jeff Niesen, formerly a vice president in the company’s central operations group.

Dr. David Conrad was hired at ThedaCare Orthopedics at Appleton Medical Center. Dr. Conrad specializes in adult hip and knee reconstructive surgery and earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.

Tim Christen, chairman and CEO of Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP was named to In Business magazine’s 2013 Hall of Fame. Inductees are recognized for excellence in the areas of business and philanthropy.

Jim Gallimore was hired at BMO Harris Bank of Sheboygan as senior vice president, director of commercial banking. Gallimore has more than 20 years of financial services experience in the local market. The company also promoted John Renzelmann to community president and business banker.

Raechelle Clemmons was appointed to the National Institute for Technology in Liberal Education advisory board. Clemmons previously worked as vice president and CIO of St. Norbert College.
