Erich Pfeifer is the new president and chief operating officer at Marine Travelift in Sturgeon Bay. He succeeds Steve Pfeifer, who was president for the past eight years. Steve Pfeifer continues in his role as chief executive officer and serves the company in a strategic and advisory role. Erich Pfeifer joined Marine Travelift in 2003 as a sales manager and was later promoted to sales director of the Americas and vice president of business development and marketing.

Rhonda Eskritt joined Orthopedic & Spine Therapy’s clinics in Waupaca and Clintonville as a physical therapist. She has a doctorate degree in physical therapy from Concordia University.

Cindy Heindel, vice president of human resources at Integrity Insurance in Appleton, has also been named vice president of administration. She began her career with Integrity in 2004 as human resources director and was later promoted to assistant vice president of HR in 2005 and vice president in 2007.

Menasha Corp. in Neenah added Evan Pritz as vice president-corporate development. He most recently was managing director of Saddlebridge Partners in Indianapolis. The company also added Roxanne Adams as a benefits administrator and Shannon Traska as a technical analyst.

Michael Frohna is the new executive director for the Appleton Medical Center, Theda Clark Medical Center and Community Hospice Foundations. Frohna, who has more than 20 years of experience with non-profit organizations, will also work with the leaders in New London, Shawano and Waupaca to support their foundation development needs. Frohna comes to ThedaCare from the Bellin Health Foundation, where he served as president.

Dr. Barb Harkness joined Bellin Health Family Medical Center-Wrightstown. Originally from Oshkosh and a 35-year veteran of the Air National Guard, Harkness attended medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, and completed her general surgery internship at St. Joseph Hospital in Milwaukee. She completed her family medicine residency at St. Luke’s Hospital and St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee.

Drs. Patrick E. Daly and Richard L. Kiefer are now performing surgeries at the Theda Clark Surgery Center in Oshkosh. Dr. Daly and Dr. Kiefer are both board-certified general surgeons with Aurora Medical Group in Oshkosh.

JJ Schauske is the new clinic coordinator at the Tri-County Community Dental Clinic.

SMET Construction added Brandon Yeager as a project coordinator in Marinette and Dale Plath as a project supervisor in Marinette.

Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin named Doug Schacht the leader of donations for its 35-county region. He previously was the industrial contracts and GoodWipers team leader at Goodwill’s Shiner Center in Appleton.

Dr. Amy Schmidt joined Women’s Health Specialists’ office at Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah. She attended the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor and completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at University of Colorado Health Science Center. Before joining Women’s Health, she was the lead physician in the Department of OB/GYN at Fairview Red Wing Medical Center.

Patrick Roach, an environmental scientist at Roach & Associates in Seymour, won the 2010 M.T. Thomas Award for Outstanding Postdoctoral Achievement from the Department of Energy national scientific user facility in Richland, Wash.

Joe Maslizek is the new vice president of sales for Manitowoc Cranes’ crawler cranes and Grove mobile hydraulic cranes in North America.

Dr. Matthew Ough, a general surgeon, has joined the physician team at Surgery Specialists of Green Bay, a Bellin Health partner. He earned his medical degree at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City, Iowa. He completed his general surgery residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.

The Kohler Co. and the 2012 U.S. Women’s Open added Jacquelyn Endsley and Anna Petersilka to its hospitality team.

Drs. Dominic T. Cardelli, Nileshkumar Patel, Kelley J. Parnell and David A. Lindley are now on the medical staff of Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah and Appleton Medical Center. Cardelli is a neurologist with Neurology Associates LLC in Appleton, Parnell is a neurologist with the Neuroscience Group and Patel and Lindley are both pain management specialists with Advanced Pain Management in Green Bay.

Cheryl Ehlers was promoted to supervisor at Valley VNA Services in Neenah.

Baker Tilly Virchow Krause LLP recently promoted 14 employees in its Appleton office: Kristy Alexander to senior advisor with Baker Tilly Investment Advisors; Jodi Calmes to senior accountant with the commercial services team; Chad Derenne to senior manager with the manufacturing team; Daniel Ehr to manager with the manufacturing team; Ben Garrity to manger of the commercial team; Jessica Harrison to senior manager with the commercial team; Luke Hartzheim to senior accountant with the manufacturing team; Betsy Hufford to senior accountant with the manufacturing team; Melissa Kissinger to manager of the construction/real estate team; Steve Lunn to senior accountant with the private client group; Daniel Ney to manager-technical services for the technology group; Jason Schmudlach to manager of the retirement plan consulting group; Matthew Stegman to manager of the dealer services team; and Christina Stelter to senior HR generalist.

Skyline Technologies added Eric Ditter as a software engineer and Dan Wojahn as a business intelligence consultant.

Dr. Paul Luikart joined BayCare Clinic Anesthesia in Green Bay. He received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota and completed his residency in anesthesiology at Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education – Rochester, Minn. BayCare Clinic in Green Bay added Dr. Erik Johnson as a colorectal specialist in its general and vascular surgery department and Dr. Scott Weslow to its cardiology department. Dr. Johnson received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and completed his residency in general surgery at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison. Dr. Weslow received his medical degree from the New York Medical College School of Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.

The Greater Fox Cities Habitat for Humanity added Vaya Kiel as the new outreach VISTA for the development and communications department and Phil Bowers as a warehouse assistant for Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore.

Lisha M. Vanevenhoven joined Natural Healthy Concepts in Menasha as operations manager.

Diane Van Den Elzen joined Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group’s office in Green Bay.

Chef Gary Lyons, an instructor in Fox Valley Technical College’s Culinary Arts program, received the 2011 Wisconsin Restaurant Association Salute to Excellence College Educator Award.

ThedaCare Physicians-New London added Kimberly R. Brown as a family nurse practitioner. She earned her bachelor and master’s degrees in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Dr. Daniel Sutton joined ThedaCare Physicians-Waupaca as a family physician. He earned his bachelor’s degree in biomedical physics from UW-La Crosse and his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He completed his residency at the University of Wisconsin Department of Family Medicine in Baraboo.

The Einstein Project, a non-profit agency providing science resources to K-8 schools in Northeast Wisconsin, added Lori Kaufman as development director, Gail McCartney as an administrative assistant and Johnny Froehlich as a production associate in the science resource center.

Betsy Mitchell, vice president of organizational/staff development for the Green Bay Packers, received the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce 2011 Athena Award, which honors the recipient’s outstanding commitment to her profession, to the advancement of women and to serving the community. She has been with the Packers for 19 years and serves on the board of several non-profit organizations in the area.

Dr. Ekaterina Soforo joined Holy Family Memorial Rheumatology. She received her medical degree from Russian State Medical University in Moscow and completed residencies at Russian State Medical University in dermatology and Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Neb., in internal medicine. She also completed a fellowship in rheumatology at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, N.Y.

Cassie Wenzel, internal communications specialist with Integrys Energy Group in Green Bay, successfully completed the examination for accreditation in public relations, entitling her to use the APR professional designation.

KCS International Inc., the parent company of Cruisers Yachts and Rampage Sport Fishing Yachts in Oconto, promoted Mike Pigeon to chief financial officer. He has been with the company for 16 years.

Dr. Jory Ough recently joined Women’s Specialty Care-Green Bay, a Bellin Health partner. Ough earned her medical degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City, Iowa. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.

St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay named Darla Stebane to director of cardiac intensive services. She previously was manager of the hospital’s heart and vascular center. The hospital also named Paul Baker director of dialysis. He most recently was emergency services business manager for St. Mary Hospital Medical Center.

Greg Simia joined St. Mary’s, St. Vincent and St. Nicholas Hospitals as chief financial officer. Simia comes from Bon Secours Hampton Roads Health System in Suffolk, Va., where he served as regional CFO. Teri Steinberger was named director of information technology operations and special projects for St. Mary’s, St. Vincent and St. Nicholas Hospitals. In her new role, she will oversee and direct activities for a broad range of IT services and projects. Steinberger has been with the hospitals for 24 years in a variety of roles. Diane Jahnke has expanded her role of therapy director for St. Mary’s, St. Vincent and St. Nicholas Hospitals and Prevea Health to include oversight of the therapy function of St. Vincent Hospital’s inpatient rehabilitation unit as well as St. Mary’s St. Vincent Home Health and Birth to 3 therapy programs. Nancy Lorenzori, coordinator for infection prevention at St. Mary’s, St. Vincent and St. Nicholas hospitals, received the 2011 Northeast Wisconsin Chapter Leadership Award from the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology Inc.

Tim Natzke joined Menasha Packaging in Neenah as an information and development analyst. He recently earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from UW-Green Bay.

Bowen Hobbs joined Leibold, a strategic marketing and packaging design firm in Neenah, as a graphic designer.

Four lawyers from Liebmann, Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C. in Green Bay were selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2012. Greg Conway was selected in the areas of commercial litigation and First Amendment litigation; Tom Olejniczak was selected in corporate law; Fred Schmidt was selected in trusts and estates; and George Burnett was selected in personal injury litigation.

Sam Hofer joined the Stephenson National Bank & Trust office in Menominee as a certified financial planner.

Dean Vander Plas is the new senior vice president and managing director of Wisconsin operations for Cottingham & Butler. He leads the firm’s Madison, Wausau and Appleton offices.

The UW-Green Bay Foundation Inc. added Gerald (Cort) Condon, Philip B. Flynn, Beth Gochnauer, Mark King, Mark Skogen and James (Jim) Wochinske to its board of directors.

Tony Krance of 401k Plan Advisors LLC in Green Bay earned the Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent designation from the Internal Revenue Service.

Roseanna “Rosie” Cannizzo is the new executive director of the Fox Valley Symphony Orchestra. She comes to the FVSO from Lawrence University where she was director of conservatory admissions and ran the college’s Artists and Jazz Series.

Terry Seligman, the president of Navitus Health Solutions, has added the title of chief executive officer.

Peggy Hutnik joined OMNNI Associates in Appleton as a real estate specialist. She previously was with the Department of Transportation.
