BayCare Clinic of Green Bay named Chris Augustian as its new CEO. Bay Care Clinic also appointed Paul Summerside as chairman of the board of managers for Aurora BayCare Medical Center.

Tweet/Garot Mechanical, Inc. of Green Bay recently promoted Raymond Withbroe to president/chief operating officer. Withbroe has been chief operating officer for the past four years and now assumes the role of president as well. He has been a Tweet/Garot employee since 1977.

Dan Ariens, president of Ariens Company in Brillion, has been named chairman of the Outdoor Power Equipment Institute for the 2012-13 year. This is Ariens’ second term as chairman.

Unity of Green Bay hired Alisa Gerke as its new executive director. Gerke has more than 20 years of experience in the health care field.

Moraine Park Technical College President Sheila Ruhland will represent Moraine Park at the state level with her recent appointment to the State of Wisconsin Joint Legislative Council. The Council’s primary responsibility is to establish study committees to examine major issues and problems identified by the Legislature. Ruhland will serve as a Public Member of the Special Committee on Improving Educational Opportunities in High School.

Business Lending Group, LLC of Oshkosh, in partnership with CitizensFirst Credit Union, hired John Hill as vice president of commercial lending. He will manage the Oshkosh and Fond du Lac markets and support commercial lending efforts for CitizensFirst members.

Lisa Brennan joined the staff at Wichmann-Fargo of Appleton as an advance funeral planning consultant.

Strong Chiropractic Offices SC of Neenah recently hired Dr. Andrea King at its Oshkosh location. Dr. King has an engineering degree from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Mich., and worked in that field for 12 years.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Fox Valley Region (BBBS) appointed its new executive director, Greg Woller.

Wausaukee Composites Incorporated appointed David Pfahl as its corporate director of supply chain/purchasing. Pfahl has more than 20 years of sourcing, manufacturing and management experience.

Excel Engineering of Fond du Lac recently hired Michael Olk. He is a recent graduate from Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Gerardo Medina Jr., joined Dempsey Law Firm, LLP, Oshkosh, as an associate and has a general practice with emphasis in civil litigation, business and commercial law, organizations, personal injury and labor and employment law.

Jessica Kielpikowski and Mark Fleming have joined Associated Bank’s leadership team in the Green Bay area. Kielpikowski has been hired as vice president, project manager II in the information technology department. Fleming joins Associated as vice president, building system engineer.

School Specialty of Greenville named Deborah Crimmins senior vice president for learning and market strategy and Melissa DeLay vice president, brand strategy in new marketing appointments.

Consolidated Construction Company of Appleton promoted Luke Rykal to project manager. Phil Hawki joined the organization in the role of superintendent – western states.

Agnesian HealthCare added podiatrist Michael DeGere. Dr. DeGere also will serve as medical director of podiatric medicine and surgery at Agnesian. He will be responsible for the leadership and coordination of Agnesian HealthCare’s Foot and Ankle specialty services.

Skyline Technologies, Inc. of Green Bay announced that one of the firm’s lead consultants, Keith Burnell, has received Microsoft’s Most Valuable Professional (MVP) designation for his work as a leader in the Microsoft developer community. Burnell is one of 243 professionals worldwide to receive this designation.

Sarah Holtan is the new dean of students at Concordia University of Wisconsin in Mequon. Holtan has been teaching full-time at CUW for the past six years as assistant professor of communication. She will also act as the chief student personnel officer of the university in the absence of the vice president of student life. Additionally, Teri Kaul was recently named the Dean of the School of Nursing at Concordia. Kaul most recently served as the chairperson of the Nursing Department and director of the Graduate Nursing Program at CUW. She is also a part-time nurse practitioner at Cardinal Stritch University Student Health Services.

Debra Frenn accepted the role of chief nursing officer for St. Nicholas Hospital of Sheboygan.  Frenn has over 20 years of senior nursing leadership experience.

Ryan Geiser recently joined Integrity Insurance of Appleton as claims litigation counsel. He will be handling cases throughout Integrity’s three-state region from his office in Des Moines, Iowa.

Literacy Green Bay, Inc. hired Kathy Cornell as executive director. Cornell has served

as the agency’s adult tutoring program manager for over 20 years. She succeeds Jennifer Nelson, who served as executive director since 2009.

Insight Creative, Inc. of Green Bay added Emily Morehart as PR/social media coordinator and Liz Van Asten as account coordinator.

ProSolutions, Inc. of Green Bay recently hired Scott Hill as director of sales. Hill has 17 years of progressive sales experience with office supply and furniture companies.

Lisa Harmann is serving as associate vice president of Advance, the economic development arm of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce. In her new role, she manages various economic development programs including business attraction and the Advance retention committee; marketing of the Advance Business & Manufacturing Center; and fund-raising for Advance.Harmann has more than 13 years of office administration, customer service, sales and human resources experience.

Orthopedic & Spine Therapy (OST) of Menasha and Kaukauna hired Alex Minten as a full-time physical therapist.

Mark Tyler, president of OEM Fabricators Inc. of Woodville, will continue to serve as president of the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) Board through May 2013. The board also elected Drew Petersen as vice president and John Schwantes as secretary. The most recent appointee on the board, Philip Baranowski, a former member of the Moraine Park Technical College (MPTC) District Board, attended his first meeting recently.

Dr. Ferdinand Casis has joined the care team at Bellin Health Algoma as an endocrinologist. Casis also holds office hours at Bellin Health Pulaski.

Vicki Updike, president of Miles Kimball Company in Oshkosh, has recently joined the board of directors for Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin. Chandra Foley was also promoted to Green Bay Harmony Café area team leader. Linda Hoff joined the Green Bay Harmony Café as the new café shift leader. Jackie Greguska was appointed the new area team leader for the Green Bay East Goodwill Retail Store and Training Center. Kathy Horton joined Goodwill’s Financial Information and Service Center team in Menasha as the new housing financial counselor. Trent Thibodeau was promoted to senior vocational trainer with the Vocational Support Services program in Menasha. Shane Crum was promoted to team leader at Goodwill’s Shiner Center in Appleton. Missy Darrah was hired as a café area team leader at Harmony Café – Appleton. Wendy Johnson was appointed the new assistant team leader for Goodwill’s E-Commerce operation in the Shiner Center in Appleton. Carol Daniels-Thurston was promoted to store team leader for the Ashwaubenon Goodwill Retail Store and Training Center. Cate Wylie was promoted to the position of lean implementation specialist with the Lean and Continuous Improvement/People team in Menasha. Dave Fazer was named store team leader for the Grand Chute Goodwill Retail Store and Training Center. Lisa Martin was promoted to store team leader for the Shawano Goodwill Retail Store and Training Center.

The Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce recently appointed Michael Witte as vice president – business and education services. Witte most recently served as the director of career services at ITT Technical Institute, where he worked since 2005.

The Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce hired Appleton resident Josh Dukelow as existing industry manager, a newly created position focused on providing services to the region’s primary employers. Dukelow will oversee the chamber’s expanded program of outreach to local primary employers.

Orthopedic & Spine Therapy of Clintonville hired Jessica Merchak as a full-time physical therapist.

BPM Inc. of Peshtigo recently appointed Bob Charlier as the new fine paper sales manager. He will have responsibility for the overall leadership of sales activities, new account development, communication with customers, new product development and internal sales support.

The Academy of General Dentistry presented Dr. Michael Hanneman of Oshkosh with the 2012 Fellowship Award during the AGD 2012 Annual Meeting & Exhibits held in Philadelphia. Hanneman has been practicing dentistry in Oshkosh since 1982.
