Partnerships are important to the greater Green Bay area’s largest employer, Bellin Health. It not only partners with the Green Bay Packers on community health initiatives, it’s also working with ThedaCare on improving cardiac care to residents throughout the region. While working with the biggest brand in town is a no-brainer, forming a partnership with another (and possible competing) health care provider may not seem as natural a choice. But the way Bellin Health President and CEO Chris Woleske looks at it, that’s exactly what the organization should be doing.

“It’s right there in our mission statement, ‘In partnership,’” she says. “We know we are better when we work with others as we strive to enable every person and community to achieve and maintain their full health and well-being potential through our relentless commitment to quality, experience and affordability.”
