Sondra Norder was promoted to president and CEO at St. Paul Elder Services Inc. in Kaukauna. Norder is a licensed nursing home administrator and attorney, and has served as St. Paul’s chief operating officer since 2010. Becky Reichelt was promoted to chief operating officer and administrator. Reichelt has worked at St. Paul for six years, previously serving as executive director of community living services. Corey Tienor was promoted to senior director of support services. Tienor is a registered dietitian and has been with St. Paul for 10 years, previously serving as the director of nutrition services. Jennifer Olmsted was hired as the clinical director of community living services and hospice administrator. Olmsted is a registered nurse and was previously employed with Preferred Home Health in Menasha as the director of nursing. Brian Herman was hired as the chief financial officer. Herman is a certified public accountant and was previously employed with St. Paul’s sister organization, Holy Family Memorial in Manitowoc, as a lead accountant. Kay Fitzgerald will direct volunteer services. Fitzgerald also serves as the corporate integrity officer and director of human resources and has worked with St. Paul for 24 years. Ian Krause was hired as the St. Paul Villa manager. Krause is a licensed practical nurse and was previously employed by CRL communities as a nurse manager and also has worked as a staff nurse at St. Paul.

Manitowoc Cranes announced a new organizational structure of three senior executives, each with a global responsibility. Larry Weyers is now global executive vice president, responsible for the company’s product lines; Josef Matosevic is executive vice president of operations and procurement; and Dean Nolden is executive vice president of finance and information systems.

The Mechanical Contractors Association of Wisconsin Inc. elected the following local officers and board members: Kim Bassett-Heitzmann of Bassett Mechanical in Kaukauna as secretary and treasurer/director; Robert Fischer of J.F. Ahern Co. in Fond du Lac and Milwaukee as past president/director; William Harrison of Ferguson in Appleton as director; Michael Sturdivant of Tweet-Garot Mechanical Inc. in Green Bay as director; and John Trottier of AZCO Inc. in Appleton as director. James Colwell from United Mechanical Inc. in Racine was elected president/director.

Larry Navarrete was promoted to director of operations managers at Faith Technologies in Appleton. Navarrete has more than 30 years of industry experience.

Jenny Oakley was hired as business development coordinator at Schaefer Behnke Financial Group in Oshkosh. Oakley previously worked in Green Bay as national sales representative at Imperial Supplies and also owned and operated Elegant Dimensions.

Gregory Conway, a founding member of the Law Firm of Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C. in Green Bay, was recognized by Wisconsin Law Journal as top attorney in Wisconsin’s legal community.

Trisha Lembcke was promoted to teller supervisor at First National Bank-Fox Valley in Appleton. Lembcke has worked for FNB-Fox Valley since 2012.

Dr. Michael Krueger, a family practice provider at Affinity Medical Group in Appleton, received the Summit Award for providing exemplary care and clinical excellence to Managed Health Services members throughout Wisconsin. Krueger has more than 30 years of experience.

Dan Ariens, president and CEO of Ariens Company of Brillion, was elected by the Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) Board of Directors to serve as chairman of the 3,500-member organization.

Russ Wanke, president and chief executive officer of Expera Specialty Solutions of Kaukauna, was named 2014 Paper Industry Management Association Executive of the Year. The award is PIMA’s highest honor and is awarded to senior-level executives in the pulp, paper or converting industries for excellence in management and outstanding contributions to the industry as a whole.

Daniel Kohler was hired as executive vice president of operations at School Specialty Inc. in Greenville. Kohler is responsible for overseeing manufacturing, distribution and supply chain management. Rick Smith was hired as director of distribution center operations at School Specialty. Smith is responsible for overseeing the company’s Mansfield, Ohio, distribution center.

Marcus Knuth was hired as vice president-enterprise technology at Acuity of Sheboygan. Knuth previously worked as Acuity’s unit supervisor in services, procedures analyst and senior procedures analyst.

Thomas Hein was hired as senior vice president, project management office manager at Associated Bank in Green Bay. Justin Chapman was hired as vice president, digital solutions manager.

Jen Burkhardt was hired as director of transportation at WOW Logistics in Appleton. Burkhardt has more than 16 years of logistics experience and operated her own consulting business that helped companies identify opportunities to reduce transportation costs.

Janeen Wagner was promoted to deposit operations officer at Choice Bank in Oshkosh. Wagner has 19 years of experience in the banking industry. Maggie Doyle was promoted to human resources officer at Choice Bank in Oshkosh. Doyle began working at Choice Bank in 2009.

Drew Winegar was hired as auto liability claims manager at Integrity Insurance in Appleton. He has nine years of claims experience.

Debbie Jacques was hired as account executive for the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce’s member services team. Jacques worked as a marketing consultant for Midwest Communications and as a sales manager for WJLW Broadcasting.

Tom Pennings was hired as vice president of business banking at The Business Bank in Appleton. Pennings has 23 years of banking experience.

The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers hired Brittany Ezze in the group sales department. Ezze previously worked as an intern with Special Olympics, the Lansing Lugnuts and the Lakeland Flying Tigers. Jake Hannes was hired as head groundskeeper. Hannes interned with the Timber Rattlers’ and the Milwaukee Brewers grounds crews. Aaron Johnson was hired as stadium operations manager at Neuroscience Group Field of Fox Cities Stadium. Johnson interned with the stadium operations and grounds crew for the Fort Wayne TinCaps of the Midwest League in 2013. Emily Sommers was hired in the group sales department. Sommers previously interned with the Green Bay Blizzard, worked at the 2010 PGA Championship at Whistling Straits and was a Gameday Ambassador with the Green Bay Packers.

Andy Ott was promoted to vice president of commercial lines at Integrity Insurance in Appleton. Ott began working at Integrity in 2011 as director of commercial lines.

Bryan Grunewald, Brian Gunderson and Andy Mugerauer were named shareholders of Schenck SC. Grunewald, who works in Sheyboygan, is a member of Schenck’s government and not-for-profit team and has more than 15 years of experience providing auditing and consulting services to government and nonprofits. Gunderson, who works in Fond du Lac, has more than 20 years experience providing tax planning and research for closely-held businesses. Mugerauer, who works in the Fox Cities, has been with Schenck since 1997 and is experienced in preparation, supervision and review of financial statements, and corporate tax returns.

Tom Belter, a commercial lender in east central Wisconsin for more than 30 years, was hired to the National Exchange Bank & Trust commercial lending team. Belter is a member of Oshkosh 4 Education and is the chairman of both the Oshkosh Redevelopment Authority and Oshkosh Economic Development Committee.

Ken Goodman, pilot for Jet Air Group in Green Bay, was given the Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award from the Federal Aviation Administration for demonstrating professionalism, skill and aviation expertise by maintaining safe operations for 50 or more years. Goodman began his flying career in 1963 and has worked with Green Bay Dressed Beef and Brunswick Corporation-Mercury Marine.

Jill Halverson, assistant professor of business at the UW-Fox Valley, was named as a Fellow in the Wisconsin Teaching Fellows and Scholars program for the 2014-15 academic school year by the Office of Professional and Instructional Development of the University of Wisconsin System.

Laura Davis was hired at the Affinity Medical Group clinic on the St. Elizabeth Hospital campus in Appleton. Davis is a nurse practitioner who provides preventative care and chronic care management to patients of all ages.

David Weiss was hired as development director at the Boys’ & Girls’ Brigade in Neenah. Weiss is president of the Board of Directors at Christine Ann Center in Oshkosh and is a volunteer firefighter for the Town of Neenah.

Kelly Fitzpatrick was hired as administrator for Lutheran Homes of Oshkosh, Eden Meadows Rehabilitation Suites and Green House Homes. Fitzpatrick has 14 years of experience and previously worked as administrator of Gabriel’s Villa in Oshkosh.

Dr. Carlos Figueroa Castro was hired as an infectious disease physician with Froedtert Hospital and the Medical College of Wisconsin at Agnesian HealthCare. Dr. Castro works with patients on the fifth floor of the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic within Diabetes and Endocrinology services.

Current Young Professionals, a program of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, announced its Future 15 and Young Professional Awards: Young Professional of the Year award went to Tim Sedabres of Associated Bank; Young Entrepreneur of the Year went to Michelle Axford of The Cupcake Couture; Next Generation Best Place to Work went to PAi. The Future 15 included: Kelly Ellis of The Einstein Project; Mark Nicholas of PAi; Kati Donaho of Waterstone Mortgage; Kelly Ruh of PDQ Manufacturing Inc.; Joe Moore of Menards; Hope Voigt of Tweet/Garot Mechanical Inc.; Stephanie Schultz of Festival Foods; Chad Βianchi of Associated Banc-Corp; Steven Krueger of Law Firm of Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C.; Κristy Maney of Associated Bank; Timothy Sedabres of Associated Bank; Shelley Karnz of Literacy Green Bay; Hanna Hoskens of Schreiber Foods; Nicolas Sparacio of City of Green Bay; and Darin Schumacher of Dental Associates.

Kathleen Bergquist and Jeff Myster were each promoted to senior vice president at The Stephenson National Bank & Trust (SNBT). Bergquist joined SNBT in 2005 as human resources director. Myster joined SNBT in 2011 as vice president, retail banking manager and has 30 years of experience in the banking industry in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Montana and North Dakota.

Beth Malchetske was hired as director of business integration for ThedaCare in Appleton and Community Health Network (CHN) of Berlin. She will work out of the Berlin Memorial Hospital.
