Mohammed Bey was promoted to the newly created role of chief officer for diversity, equity and inclusion at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. With the college since 2014, he previously served as director of diversity and inclusion.

“The chief officer for diversity, equity and inclusion will help us initiate, sustain and evaluate efforts to close achievement gaps, bring more students of color into high-wage careers and recruit more diverse talent to our faculty and staff,” NWTC President Jeff Rafn said of the new role. “With this new position on the executive leadership team, we will elevate our focus on ensuring access, effective teaching and learning, and success for all people of color.”

Todd Wolf was appointed Sheboygan city administrator.

John Sisko was named vice president and dean of faculty at Ripon College.

Richard Chapman joined Shopko Optical as vice president of sales.

Ayres promoted David Delfosse to vice president of architecture.

Timothy Schigur was named superintendent of St. Mary Catholic Schools in Neenah.

Ashley McKinnon was named executive director of St. Vincent de Paul Society of Marinette.

Nezih Hasanoglu Jr. was named executive vice president of business development at M3 Insurance.

Carnivore Meat Co. promoted Joey Weichmann to national sales manager.

Promotions

Gregory Lundberg was named CEO of Fortifi Bank.

Bassett Mechanical announced promotions: Jerod Steigenberger, chief operating officer; Craig Lamers, chief financial officer; Lee Schmidt, vice president of HVAC and plumbing solutions; and Wade Uhlenbrauck, vice president of sales and marketing.

Tim Hoff was promoted to chief lending officer at Community First Credit Union.

National Exchange Bank & Trust announced promotions: Lisa Benike, vice president of account services; Betty Benedict, mortgage loan officer; Maeghan Greeno, commercial loan officer; Megan Schueller, lending project officer; and Julie Stigler, e-banking business officer.

Heather Kurtz was named director of population health at Security Health Plan.

Envision Greater Fond du Lac appointed James Cleveland as vice president of economic development and Sarah Spang as director of small business and entrepreneurship.

Awards/recognitions/certifications

Interior designer Stephanie Wetzel of Performa Inc. earned the Fitwel Ambassador designation. Alex Tessen passed his testing to become a registered Designer of Engineering Systems – HVAC for the State of Wisconsin.

Ala Aldahneem, principal of A.L.A. LLC, earned accreditation as a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation.

Norm Shonkwiler, regional manager of Wil-Kil Pest Control’s Appleton location, earned his Associate Certified Entomologist designation.

Board appointments

Three educators joined the New North Inc. board of directors: Michael Alexander, chancellor of UW-Green Bay; Paul Carlsen, president of Lakeshore Technical College; and Chris Matheny, executive vice president and chief academic officer of Fox Valley Technical College.
