ThedaCare promoted Julie Kressin to vice president of revenue management. Kressin will be responsible for the areas of system registration, health information and accounts receivable. ThedaCare Physicians also named Randy Roeper as the chief operating officer for ThedaCare Physicians.

Investors Community Bank appointed Kathi Seifert as a member of the bank’s board of directors. She will also be nominated to serve on the County Bancorp, Inc. board at the 2016 annual shareholders meeting.

Kevin Klestinski joined SECURA Insurance as the new vice president-Specialty Lines Underwriting. Klestinski has more than 24 years of experience in the insurance industry, where he spent 14 years in various commercial underwriting roles.

Integrity Insurance promoted Steve Klingemann to vice president, personal lines and marketing; and Christian Martin to vice president, claims and sales. Klingemann joined the company in 2012 as vice president, personal lines. Martin joined in 2011 under the role of vice president, claims.

First National Bank-Fox Valley repositioned Senior Vice President Kathy Blumreich as the head of treasury management. The bank also promoted Josh Gitter to commercial business relationship manager.

Tom Detienne has been named market president-Southeast Region for Investors Community Bank. Detienne has been with Investors for nearly 15 years and his new
role will allow him to focus specifically on the eastern Wisconsin markets including Sheboygan south to Milwaukee.

Weidert Group, Inc., of Appleton hired Stephanie Czajka as an inbound marketing project manager in the company’s client services team. Weidert Group also promoted project managers Laura Sheptoski and Kelly Wilhelme to inbound marketing consultants.

Sandy Risgaard and Jeff Daye joined Schenck, SC as investment consultants where they will serve clients firm-wide.

Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin, Inc., announced new board members and officers for 2015-2016: Susan Porath, chairwoman; Mark Kasper, vice chairman; John Frey, treasurer; Tom Sigmund,  secretary; Susanne Lumsden, Dan Lloyd and Jill Bean, board members.

Hannah Pickett joined A-mazing Events as an event coordinator. The company also announced Carrie Birling will take on new duties as an event coordinator specializing in supplier and vendor relations and logistics.

Mark Robbins and Robyn Locke joined Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. Robbins rejoins Hoffman as a senior project architect and Locke is the receptionist, responsible for delivering customer service to Hoffman clients.

Shea Electric & Communications hired Shane Wall. The company announced Desmond Vincent as a safety director holding Train the Trainer status.

Skyline Technologies of Appleton added Andy Klarkowski as a project manager.

H.J. Martin and Son hired Sarah Jarvis as a computer aided design technician to its national Glass and Glazing division.

Omni Glass & Paint, Inc. hired Adam DeBroux as its new residential glass customer service/sales representative. The company promoted Chris Komoroski to paint superintendent for the Wausau region.

Roberts, Ritschke & Tyczkowski, Ltd., hired Adam G. Pritzl as a staff accountant.

Berners-Schober of Green Bay named three new associates: Kristin Pritchard, Steve Srubas and Lori Krause.

Steve Albers retired as senior vice president and trust officer from Stephenson National Bank & Trust. Albers has been with Stephenson for more than 40 years.

Lisa Beattie and Jess Magerowski received the Stephenson National Bank & Trust Award of Excellence. The bank also recognized Cheryl Hubert with the 2015 Mary L. Staudenmaier Award for community service.

Megan Mulholland, manager of media and public relations at ThedaCare, was recognized as Communicator of the Year by the Public Relations Society of America for her role in several challenging communication events during the year which included the Trestle Trail shooting in Menasha.

Michael Stevens joined KerberRose S.C. as a team manager. Stevens will work closely with small to mid-size businesses and individuals with their tax planning and preparation.

Unitel, Inc., hired Dustin Heimerl as a technician.

Deb Geiger of Investors Community Bank achieved Accredited ACH Professional status from the National Automated Clearing House Association.

Jessica “Jeci” Casperson joined New North, Inc. as the director of marketing and investor relations. Casperson will oversee the organization’s marketing efforts and serve as a daily point of contact for regional firms invested in New North.

Keller Planners, Architects and Builders promoted two employees: Dale Hulce and Weston Zuleger have been promoted as project managers.

Faith Technologies hired Kevin Meles as director of field support. Meles will oversee corporate shop operations and provide materials, safety supplies and tooling support company-wide.

Marco, Inc., promoted Kevin Schmidt to sales director.

Meagan Hardwick joined Red Shoes PR, Inc., as a client solutions strategist.

Imaginasium hired Andrea Phillip as an account manager.

Marty Piette joined Austin Straubel International Airport as the new assistant airport director. Piette was most recently the airport manager at Muskegon County International Airport in Muskegon, Mich.

Moraine Park Technical College announced its fourth graduating class of students from the IT Interface grant content management certificate program: Ryan Easterson, Elizabeth Adams, Nathan Adams, Andrea Lee, Karin Langsdorf, Becky Scannell, Adam Skeel, Thomas Schwartz, Elizabeth Krill, Derick Kruger, Joshua Strey, Anne Allmann, Kathy Koch, Courtney Stenhardt, and Robert Miller.

Thomas Kunkel, St. Norbert College president, was selected as the recipient of the 2015 Council for Advancement and Support of Education Chief Executive Leadership Award.

Josh Blomberg, MD, joined ThedaCare as an orthopedic surgeon providing comprehensive trauma care at Theda Clark Medical Center and the team at ThedaCare Orthopedic Care.
