Howard Kamerer is the new president and chief executive officer of WOW Logistics, a leader in warehousing and distribution. Kamerer has extensive executive management and leadership experience and previously worked at Startec Global Communications, Allied Telesys and RedEyeNetwork. He replaces Matt Oswald as president. Oswald is moving to the East Coast to be closer to family and will maintain his position on the company’s board of directors. Kamerer is the first non-family member to serve as WOW president.

Baker Tilly promoted Chris VanStraten to partner in the Appleton office. A certified public accountant, he has extensive experience assisting clients in the commercial industry. He is also the Wisconsin firm leader for Baker Tilly’s healthcare practice.

Citizens Bank promoted Kim Belongia to assistant vice president at the Suring branch. She will oversee business and retail banking sales, service, delivery, relationship management, identifying clients’ needs, recommending products and services to meet the needs of current and future clients and overall branch management.

Guy D. Bytof, an Appleton member of Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group, received the CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) Designation from the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB).

Avastone Technologies of Little Chute hired Greg Borchard as director of business development. He is responsible for growing Avastone’s web, software and business intelligence clientele. Russ Langel also joined Avastone as a software solutions architect.

Bellin Health Family Medical Center-De Pere East added Dr. Ronelle Moe as an internal medicine physician. She earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison and completed her residency in internal medicine at Indiana University Medical Center, Indianapolis, Ind. Dr. Shane Degen joined Bellin Health Family Medical Center-Ashwaubenon as a family physician with a special interest in pediatrics and sports medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School and completed his family medicine residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. Dr. Roderick Meves joined Bellin Health Family Medical Center-Oconto Falls as an internal medicine physician, focusing on adult and geriatric care. He is a graduate of the Tulane University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse.

John M. Cappy is the new chief executive officer of Outlook Group in Neenah, replacing Glen Yurjevich, who is retiring. Cappy spent 20 years with Appleton Coated LLC, where he served as CEO from 2005 to 2010.

Several members of the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley faculty were recently promoted: Hilary Engelhart to associate professor of world languages with tenure; Rachel Knighten to associate professor of world languages with tenure; Evan Kreider to associate professor of philosophy with tenure; Ahilan Savisamy to senior lecturer in the Department of Computer Science, Engineering, Physics and Astronomy; Andrea Butler to senior lecturer in the Department of Business and Economics; and Will Curl to senior lecturer in the Department of English.

Walter N. Neta was promoted to shareholder at Olson, Kulkoski, Galloway & Vesely, S.C. in Green Bay. He has been an associate at the firm since 2007 with a practice emphasizing worker’s compensation, social security disability and long term disability litigation. He is a 2004 graduate of Marquette University Law School.

John Winkler joined the state’s network of Small Business Development Centers as a small business counselor. He will split time among University of Wisconsin campuses in Green Bay, Oshkosh, Stevens Point and Superior providing technical assistance for second-stage companies and high-impact businesses most capable of job creation or attracting new capital.

Bill Henry joined Tushaus Computer Services as regional sales manager. In this role, he will provide sales management and leadership to account managers in Appleton and Madison.

Pre Priyadarshane joined Imaginasium, a Green Bay marketing firm, as interactive director. He will work with clients to develop and implement digital strategies. He comes to the firm from Du4Webtech in Sheboygan.

The Karma Group in Green Bay added Deb Meyer-Koller as a senior account executive. She brings more than 17 years of experience to her new position. Meyer-Koller will manage several of the agency’s international, national and local accounts.

Daniel Holl of the Green Bay Raymond James office earned his master’s degree in financial services from the Richard D. Irwin Graduate School at the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pa.

Tony Leonard joined the Principal Financial Group as a financial services representative in Neenah.

Community Memorial Hospital Administrator and CEO Jim Van Dornick retired in August after 39 years with the Oconto Falls hospital. He became CEO in 1999 and guided the hospital’s growth, creation of CMH clinics and recent affiliation with St. Vincent and St. Mary’s Hospitals and Prevea Health. After his retirement, Van Dornick joined the CMH Board of Directors.

Corleen O’Mallery joined Pfefferle Management in Appleton. She has more than 25 years of experience in property management and leasing.

Insight Creative in Green Bay promoted Stacy Allen to the director of brand strategy and Angela Murphy to senior creative content designer. Insight Creative also added Cindy Joslin as office manager and Bart Raboin as web/interactive designer.

Barbara Vo joined Legato Marketing and Communications in Green Bay as an account executive. She has more than 10 years of experience in marketing, including the past 10 years in the architectural, engineering and construction industries.

Integrity Insurance of Appleton added Patrick Hughes as a property claims representative, Stephanie Merten as an imaging technician and mail center helper, Joe Kluck as an auto materials damage claims representative and Troy Levenhagen as a claims field auto appraiser.

Dr. Melissa Garcia has joined ThedaCare Physicians-Appleton North at Encircle Health. She earned her medical and undergraduate degrees from the University of the Philippines in Manila. She completed her residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford.

Joe Williamson joined Best Western Bridgewood Resort & Conference Center in Neenah and the CopperLeaf Boutique Hotel & Spa in Appleton as director of sales. He has more than 33 years of experience in hotel sales and previously worked Montclair Hotels and Bergstrom Hotels in the Fox Valley.

Skyline Technologies Inc. added Ian FitzGerald and Tim Stevenson as software engineers, RaeAnn Blom as an office assistant and Erik Dempsey as a senior SharePoint Systems engineer.

Menasha Packaging promoted Jonathan A. McKellips to general manager of its Neenah complex, which includes corrugated manufacturing facilities in Neenah, Green Lake and Hartford. He joined Menasha Packaging in 2005 as an account manager and was promoted to sales manager for the Neenah plant in 2007.

Emily Mattson joined Water-Right Inc. in Appleton as a marketing assistant. She is a graduate of UW-Oshkosh and has nine years of experience in marketing communications, graphic design and pre-press production.

Kimberly Neher joined Wise Woman Wellness in De Pere as a clinical nutritionist.

Kevin Shaver joined Velocity Machine Inc. in Green Bay as vice president of operations. He previously was with Optima Associates Inc. in De Pere.

Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin added Jennifer Krebs as a vocational coordinator for its Vocational Support Services program in Menasha and Wendy Chevalier as a new area team leader at the Grand Chute store and training center.

The Neenah Rotary Club named its board of directors for 2011-12: president – Bobbie Hackbarth; president-elect — Paul Huxtable; treasurer — Julie Huth; and secretary — Dana Kohlmeyer.

44º North Advertising & Design in Oshkosh added Andrea Mueller as an account representative.

Immel Construction in Green Bay added Cale Pulczinski as a field engineer and Kris Dubois as a warehouse assistant.

Randy Johnson received the 2011 Northeast Wisconsin Technical College’s distinguished alumni award. He is retired from Wisconsin Public Service and was honored for his professional achievements, service contribution to NWTC and involvement in community activities.

Oshkosh Corp. added Colleen Moynihan as senior vice president-total quality management. In this new role, she enhances Oshkosh’s quality standards company-wide throughout a product’s entire lifecycle. She is also tasked with developing the Oshkosh Total Quality Management system. Before joining Oshkosh, Moynihan was director of global quality and manufacturing engineering for Caterpillar Inc.

Inga Arendt and Lonny Charles were elected partners of the Wipfli LLP office in Green Bay. Wipfli also announced these promotions in its Green Bay office: Sara Funk, Matt Gelb, Jackie DeGreef and Kevin Graff to senior managers; Sara Abel, Carrie Larsen, Jan Schott, Marcus Koehl and Laura Kennin to managers; Christina Armstrong, Laura Ehrfurth and Lisa Weber to senior administrative specialists; Nicole Boucher to on-boarding conversion senior specialist in financial accounting outsourcing; Sheila Fisher to senior accountant; and Rick Schoenecker to senior consultant. Stephen James joined BrownBoots Interactive in Fond du Lac as a graphic designer and R. Scott Blarney rejoined the company as director of development after earning his master’s degree in business administration from Georgia Tech.

CMD Corp. in Appleton added Laura Czarnecki as a cost accountant and promoted Brad Prahl to senior technical service representative, Dave Kuchenbecker to project engineer and Roger Boisen to controller.

Terry Goehring joined First Business Capital Corp. as a collateral analyst specialist.
