Omni Resources announced Jeff Lang has succeeded Gail Ondresky as president and CEO of the Appleton-based IT staffing and consulting firm. Lang assumed the post Feb. 1. Ondresky, who served in that role for 19 years, will take on the role of chairman of the board. Prior to being named president and CEO, Lang served as managing director of Omni’s Solutions Group since 2008, and served previously as a senior technology consultant for the company.

Alliance Laundry Systems announced the promotion of Craig Madson to North American sales manager of Speed Queen Multi-Housing. Madson succeeds Chuck Melton, a 42-year veteran of the company who will retire in 2015.

ACUITY announced Shane Paltzer was promoted to vice president-marketing and personal lines. Paltzer assumes the position held by Ed Felchner, who retired after 19 years.

John Lavery joined Fox River Fiber as sales manager. The company also welcomed Brian Watermolen as supply chain manager.

Prospera Credit Union hired Mike Sanders to take on the role of vice president of commercial lending.

Edward (“Ed”) J. Carr, Jr. joined School Specialty, Inc. as executive vice president and chief sales officer.

Dr. Mary Davis was hired as chief medical officer for Network Health, the Wisconsin-based health insurance company. Prior to joining Network Health, Davis managed a private consulting firm working with health plans, software firms and provider systems. She also worked with Dean Health Plan of Madison, as well as a physician in private practice. Network also announced the addition of Elena Kambitsi, as vice president and general manager of the commercial division of Network Health.

The Bay Area Humane Society announced a new president of the board. Dr. Pat Warpinski of the Animal House began his term Jan. 1.

The Shawano Country Chamber of Commerce announced its board of directors for 2015: Kathy Hansen, Body Essentials, president; Melissa Moore, KerberRose S.C., president-elect; Char Larsen, Premier Investment Services, treasurer; Mary White, Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Meats, immediate past president; John Van Ooyen, Frontier Communications; Jon Aumann, Edward Jones Investments;
and Keith Marquardt, Shawano County parks manager.

Outgoing board members include Debbie Kaczorowski, Shawano Specialty Papers; Carrie Verkuilen, Verkuilen Chiropractic & Wellness Center; and Mary Zimanek, ‘Til the Cows Come Home.

Investors Community Bank, Manitowoc, welcomed Karissa Duveneck to its banking team as a loan servicing specialist.

The national law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP announced Alyssa C. Campbell joined the firm’s commercial transactions practice as an associate in the Appleton office.
Sartori Cheese announced Master Cheesemaker Mike Matucheski received his second master certification, gaining specialization in Fontina and Romano cheeses.
Legato Healthcare Marketing expanded its team with the addition of Stephanie Sabel as a senior account executive and Paige Miller as an account coordinator.

Schenck SC announced CPAs Christa Baldridge, Jamie Brown, Brent Engelsma, Jason Kiehnau, and Mark Vance were recently named shareholders of the organization.

Daniel T. Ariens, chairman and CEO of Ariens Co., was re-elected chairman of the Board of Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce, the state’s chamber of commerce and largest business association. Area business leaders also re-elected to the board include: Gary M. Gigante, president and CEO, Waupaca Foundry Inc.: John Pfeifer, president, Mercury Marine; and Glen E. Tellock, chairman, president and CEO, The Manitowoc Company, Inc.

Camera Corner Connecting Point, a provider of AV and IT technology, announced the appointment of Jim Robinson to the executive team as executive vice president and general manager of sales. Robinson most recently served as president and chief executive officer of Tufco Technologies, Inc., a contract manufacturer.

John P. Kelly was named manager of the new food and beverage division at Cornerstone Business Services, the Green Bay-based mergers and acquisitions advisory firm.
First National Bank–Fox Valley announced the promotion of Tim Vogelsang to senior vice president of commercial banking.

Baylake Bank Fox Valley Market President Rick Schabo announced the appointment of Jerry Ramus to the position of vice president of commercial banking, Fox Valley Region. The bank also announced Terrence Jack, chief investment officer of the branch in Green Bay, earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute, the global non-profit association of investment professionals.

Larry Burkhardt, executive vice president of the Fox Cities Regional Partnership, was recognized as one of North America’s Top 50 Economic Developers by Consultant Connect, a consulting agency designed to bridge the gap between economic developers and site consultants. The economic developers selected for the award were nominated by their colleagues in both the economic development industry and the site consultant community for excellent practices, innovation and success in building the communities they serve.

Elevate97, a Green Bay company that provides distribution, production, technology and design services, hired Kevin Krull to lead the expansion of technology and process improvement to better serve its clients.

Peter Mariahazy, technology and human resources director for Appleton-based MBM, will be inducted into the Wisconsin Soccer Hall of Fame. Mariahazy was chosen for his years of administrative contributions to the sport. He currently serves as the president of the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association.

The Greater Green Bay Chamber welcomed David M. Schultz to its team as youth apprenticeship program manager.

Mary Van Boxtel has been promoted to director of production at Lakeside Packaging Plus, Inc., of Neenah. The company also announced Holly Wiesler as the recipient of the Sibling’s Choice Award presented by the Fox Valley Sibling Support Network. The award acknowledges and honors a paid service provider or family caregiver’s contribution to the independence and quality of life of a person with disabilities.

Mike Kollat is the newest agent to join The Diedrich Agency.

M3 Insurance announced Amy Olson, account executive, as a new company shareholder. Olson joined M3 in 2006 and is a licensed life and health insurance agent.
