Kondex appointed John Wagner as vice president of sales and business development.

Jennifer Foote was promoted to vice president–compliance officer at Investors Community Bank.

Heritage Senior Living hired Karen Schacht, vice president of quality, and Jamie Schwingel, vice president of clinical and medical operations.

Martenson & Eisele hired Zachary Horn, the senior architectural designer.

Junior Achievement of Wisconsin Inc. named Michael Frohna as its new president.

Sargento named Portia Young director of corporate communications.

Carnivore Meat Co. hired Scott Jorgensen as private label manager.

Kohler Co. promoted Michael O’Reilly to the newly created position of manager, golf operations for Destination Kohler and Christopher Zugel to certified golf course superintendent – Straits course. It also hired Nicolas Blouin as executive pastry chef, named Ryan Beebe to Forbes-rated multi-unit restaurant manager, and promoted Matthew Bauer to executive chef.

Communication company Prophit hired Brett Buboltz as an account manager.

KHROME hired Carrie Dorski as production coordinator.

The Greater Green Bay Chamber selected Chris Woleske, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Bellin Health, as it’s 2017 ATHENA Award recipient.

The Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce announced the winners of its The EVENT: Celebrating Business Awards. Business Hall of Fame inductees: Debra Michiels, retired owner of Fox Banquets & Rivertyme Catering and Thomas Prosser, partner, Dunsirn Partners, LLC. Athena Leadership award: Donna Gehl, president, Image Studios. Champion of the Chamber award: Richard Parks, regional director, Modern Woodmen of America. Robert Keller, chairman of J. J. Keller & Associates Inc. and president of the J. J. Keller Foundation, was inducted into the Neenah Joint School District Hall of Fame.

Dr. Caroline Geary, chemistry professor at UW-Fox Valley, received the 2017 Award for Excellence from the University of Wisconsin Colleges and University of Wisconsin-Extension.

Three faculty members were named to the endowed chairs of the St. Norbert College Schneider School of Business & Economics: Jamie O’Brien, director of business, Donald J. and Darlene M. Jewelers Mutual Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Trina Woldt was named a finalist for the CMO Club 2017 Social Responsibility Award.

Nancy Thompson received the individual award at Green Bay nonprofit organization Foundations’ 2017 Ethics in Business Awards. Byron Nolde and Lois Mischler were finalists.

Ruth Hryshkanych, former head of the mission for women and girls and a 40-year resident of Lake Lundgren Bible Camp, received the Queen Marinette Award from the Women’s
Giving Circle of Marinette & Menominee Counties.

Karwyn Peterson, quality of life specialist, was chosen for the Felician Village Service Excellence Star Award for the month of August.

Two Green Bay Garden Blitz volunteers, Kim Fruin and Alex Smith, graduated from the 2017 Victory Garden Initiative Food Lead Certificate Program in Milwaukee.

HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital and Prevea Health named Dr. Amy Romandine Kratz to medical director of the HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital Prevea Oconto Falls Health Center and the HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital Prevea Mountain Health Center and hired family medicine physician Dr. Stacee Goedtel Birr at the HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital Prevea Oconto Falls Health Center. Prevea Health hired ear, nose and throat physician Dr. Michael Oldenburg, doctor of audiology Lisa Martin, child and adolescent psychiatrist Dr. John Coates, and pediatric rheumatologist Dr. Ottar Kristinsson.

At an inauguration ceremony, Brian Bruess was installed as
the eighth president of St. Norbert College. Jessica Rafeld, director of financial aid at St. Norbert College, was elected as a regional representative to the College Board Scholarship Service Assembly Council. She will serve in a three-year term, beginning Nov. 1.

Eric M. Nelson of the GB Group at Baird received the CFP designation.
