The Wisconsin Bankers Association has named First Business Financial Services’ CEO Corey Chambas as the 2025 Wisconsin Banker of the Year.

The award recognizes outstanding service to the banking profession, community leadership and dedication to advancing Wisconsin’s economic vitality.

Chambas has led First Business Financial Services since 2006, helping it grow into a $4 billion publicly traded financial services company.

“I’m honored to receive this recognition from the Wisconsin Bankers Association,” Chambas said in a statement. “This award reflects the dedication and expertise of our entire team — they’re the ones who make me look good every day. Our focus remains on serving Wisconsin businesses and helping them succeed, because when they grow, our company succeeds, and so do our communities.”
